Reserve with a 3th party the hotel is great, good food and value, but the direct reservations staff is really bad. They will not help you and will lie and do every trick in the book to close for a higher price than the websites. but the hotel is very good, the pools are great, it has not luxury and the service is OK. But the kids will have great time. Beeing there 2 times and already schedule a 3th. The farm is good and well maintain the pool are good.

Poor cleanliness in general, especialy in quality of pool water. Hight turbity and lack of control in temperature water. The place is agrable, but the cleanliness no. The food is average. The service needs training.

Amo esse lugar , pela segunda vez que estamos por aqui , um lugar família aconchegante e de confiança … voltaremos mais vezes Quarto sua confortável , bastante brincadeiras tanto com crianças como adultos, comida impecável sempre muito boas e servidas !!

Amei cada detalhe da minha experiência no barretos Foi tudo maravilhoso Atendimento Carisma de cada funcionário Educação Alimentação Hospedagem Eu e minha família ficamos muito felizes da forma q fomos atendidos Recepcionados O cuidado de cada um com o nosso filho e nossa família Amei Fomos embora com uma vontade enorme de ficar mais um pouco , porém sabemos que logo em breve estaremos de volta , assim eu espero. Obrigado Por proporcionar esse momento maravilhoso.

Fiquei muito satisfeita, com a hospedagem, o quarto muito confortável, limpinho, comida deliciosa, funcionários muito bem educados, voltarei sempre, superou as minhas espectativas. Foi indicação de uma amiga, lugar lindo, o resort é completo.

Lugar maravilhoso mais infelimente a estrutara ainda deixa muito a desejar, no parque não tem nenhum bebedouro,o atendimento no restaurante é muito ruim e no jantar da pizza foi quase impossivel comer. Por outro lado os responsaveis pelo laser são muito atensiosos e receptivos, a camareira Fabiana Silva nos atendeu maravilhosamente.

Local bom e de custo acessivel para a família. Precisa melhorar a estrutura de Refeitório e as variedades de refeições. Do mais, muito bom para toda a família ter alguns momentos de descanso e diversão.

Passei uma semana maravilhosa com minha família e nos divertimos muito, a acomodação e parque estavam perfeitos, porém tem alguns pontos que avalio como negativos e me incomodaram, como: notei a presença de muitas moscas no restaurante, tanto no café da manhã como no almoço, mas eram muitas mesmo, inclusive vários hospedes ficavam abanando os pratos e quando passavam pelo buffet. Outra fato que me incomodou, foi que senti que nem todos os funcionários parecem estar preparados para se relacionarem com o público, principalmente os monitores dos brinquedos mais radicais, trabalham com "cara amarrada", e não se interagem com os hóspedes e mal respondem as perguntas que fazemos. Faltam mais funcionários como o grande Nivaldo, que contagia a todos com muita empatia e carisma. Ponto positivo também para Ana Carla da recepção e a Jéssica do Atendimento ao multi proprietário, sempre preocupadas em realmente ajudar e resolver eventuais problemas. No demais deu tudo certo e foi muito bom mais uma vez estar aqui.
