The staff at this hotel its just marvelous, excellent service… amenities, location..
From the day of arrival i was recieved by lobby staff.l,Very professional… Juner working at lobby front desk, was very helpful and charismatic..
from restaurants advice and city. Activities to transportation accommodation..bartenders sergio and jonathan always on point with service.. very nice people in this hotel and city.. good breakfast.. local food.. pool clean and rooms always clean..

The staff was great, the rooms are nice, but we had tons of minor inconveniences, the first room we got, the AC was not working, so we had to sleep in another room, they were very nice and gave me an upgrade, the suite was super spacious and nice, but the washer/dryer was not working, the hair dryer was missing and the replacement broke… and the floors could use a good mopping.
The staff was always nice and helpful. They could invest on maintenance of the facilities.
It is convenient to major shopping centers and restaurants. The pool area is very pretty with great city views.

This hotel is beautiful. Love everything about it. We stayed in the king suite with the refrigerator. I felt it was worth the extra money. Great area to walk around for shopping, restaurants and bars. The pool is great during the day and the evening.

Great staff, they make you feel right at home.
Particularly for me the suite was good except for the bathroom door is a sliding door rather than a door that shuts completely.

It was definitely not worth then value.
We could not eat the breakfast we paid for because it was so bad. The front desk agent that received us had a sour face the whole time we were there, kept giving us the punch face.

The service at the hotel is mediocre to say the least. The breakfast is so bad it’s literally inedible. The fire alarm sounded mid evening, everyone was awoken, we had hours to wait for a new room and we were not compensated in any way for our troubles, we did not even get an apology.
Will never stay here again
