모든 손님을 위한 시설이 부족하고 근처에 식당도 없으며 비싼요금 주고 호텔에서 주문예약해 먹어야하며 센트로와 너무 멀어서 구경다니기가 힘들고 버스가 하루에 몇번밖에 없어서 택시비가 많이 듭니다... 그리고 제일 문제인것은 리셉션 직원들이 너무도 퉁명하고 불친절해서 많이 불코ㅑ했어요... 종업원 교육이 팔요 합니다...

Es un hotel sindical, si no perteneces te maltratan bastante. Nos recibió el baño de la habitación cin un enjambre de pelos, desagradable totalmente. Te cobran si pedis agua caliente. El desayuno es pobre y medialunas recalentadas (quemadas) La atención del personal malisima, NADA SERVICIAL. Mi experiencia fue horrible.

Impecable hotel, remodelado a nuevo, gastronomía excelente! Las vistas de lugar hacia la bahía son bellísimas, un paraíso! Ideal para estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Toda la zona es maravillosa!!!

Las vistas son muy lindas el hotel mediocre y están en remodelación así que empiezan a los martillazos muy temprano y no paran en todo el día . La comida más o menos y el desayuno pobre , lo hermoso es la vista a los cerros y la playa eso vale la pena ir

Péssima escolha, o hotel é feio, sujo, muito mal conservado. Quarto pequeno, quente...armário que não abre. Banheiro ruim. Péssimo atendimento no café da manhã. Uma pena, pois está muito bem localizado, em uma linda praia. O hotel infelizmente desperdiça este diferencial da localização!

Increíble lugar Bahía López! El hotel una lágrima, abandonado, sin mantenimiento, el personal patético, en el que si no estás afiliado no sos cliente. No se podía almorzar porque a las 10:30 se iban del hotel los cocineros, pedías un sandwichito y te lo negaban por falta de afiliación solicitando que no insistas porque estaban siendo filmados por el gremio, en las cenas no podías apartarte en un ápice del menú fijo que ofrecían (caro para lo que era), no hay traslados de ningún tipo encontrándose el hotel a varios kilómetros de la civilización, imposible comunic**** telefónicamente con el hotel, el personal salvo Juan de recepción con tan pocas ganas de todo siempre quejosos que estaban con mucho trabajo y te contestaban de mala gana, pésima conexión wifi, tienen direct TV pero los televisores solo captan 10 canales (2 repetidos) etc. Repito, impresionante el entorno natural del lugar con un hotel que no cumple con las más mínimas expectativas. Bajo costo pero aun más bajo el beneficio. Altamente no recomendable.

Es un desastre, alquile por despegar. me dieron la habitación más pequeña, la vista era al techo del restaurant y cuando fuimos a desayunar las mesas estaban numeradas, la nuestra en un rincón. Por supuesto las habitaciones mas caras, las mesas se encontraban en las ventanas que daban al lago. una verguenza me senti discriminada. El precio altisimo por la calidad del hotel.
