DO NOT BOOK - I reserved this place for 1 week, and was unable to make the first night due to a flight delay, as a result they sold the room for the remainder of the week with no such offer of relocation across any of their properties and no refund of any of the nights booked. This is unheard of in the industry and is highly unethical.

Nice apartment fully equipped with all needed appliances. The apartment is very close to the metro station. Small apartment inclusive of small furnished kiitchen, dining table and sofa bed. It also includes a washing machine with hangers.

We found the hotel to be in a good, safe location and the room was HUGE (we had a deluxe family room and there were 2 adults and 3 children). The room is open plan-two single beds and a double in one area and a pull out double sofa bed in the kitchen/dining area so might not be suited if you want privacy or need to be able to close doors for noise purposes etc. Beds were comfortable but we were only given one pillow each. Locker closets were clever but we could have used with a couple more hangers (there were two each). Kitchen area was well stocked and handy to have. Two bathrooms, both were clean and had ample large towels to use. No English language channels on the 2 TVs, Internet was a bit slow. Yes, there was street noise but I don't see how that would be avoidable in the city. One of the bathroom sinks wasn't draining well, mentioned to receptionist and it was fixed when we returned to our room. Paid to park at the hotel, would only advise this to those who are confident drivers-the garage is quite difficult to navigate and on the whole we wouldn't rent a car again in Barcelona as driving was very stressful and our car was broken into in a secured garage at the nearby marina. Would definitely stay again, good value for money and the Poblenou neighborhood was lovely.

Avoid at all costs, total rip off. Two beds in a room that sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa. £350 deposit not stated when booking. Place is like a main cell with all the exposed concrete. Only enough bedding for 3 when you booked for 4.

The living experience here is gradually declining… and staff is rude. That was a good starting at the very beginning, greeted by a very nice lady and explained everything clearly. The room was in good condition and big with all the facilities. However, there are a few things that we felt the apartment needs massive improvements. 1. Supplies of personal hygiene products We in a group of three are staying for 3 nights. 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel are barely enough for us. We then asked for one extra shower gel, but the receptionist said we usually provide just 2 for each room. If you need extra, you will be charged… To be honest, as a 4-star apartment which the room price is not that cheap shouldn’t propose this restriction to the tenants. This should be a low cost for the hotel but they can in turn get a better reputation. This is what the management should consider. 2. Handling of trash and rubbish As a 4-star apartment, we didn’t expect to handle our trash on the checkout date. This doesn’t sound to be a very good living experience. 3. Passive aggressive manner from the staff We have stored our luggage on the checkout date. When we tried to get our luggage, there was no one at the reception and there was a sign saying “Back in 5 minutes”. Eventually, when the staff came back, he gave us an attitude by blaming us disturbing his lunch hour.
