Hotel is near the port so it was perfect for our pre cruise trip stay. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly

Ms. Joana made our stay extra comfortable and safe! She was very accommodating and helpful especially for teaching us how to get to places. I bet she can teach how to get around the map with her eyes closed 😄 also be sure to visit Ramen House Izakaya for yummy ramen and pinoy foods. Will be again again! One of the best places you can stay at if you want to be in the center of everything. No dull moments, it's always lively there.

Location was nice. The plaza was very convenient. Rooms were not the cleanest or it could have been just cause they’ve been heavily used and not maintained well.

Wat een fantastische locatie, midden op de Plaça de Reial. Een echte A1 locatie.
Enige mindere is het ontbijt qua keuze. Ze vinden het niet erg als je eigen beleg meeneemt. Een echte aanrader.

We liked the location but the facility services were poor. There was no soap, hair dryer, or conditioner. The mattress was thin and needs to be replaced. We did like that we were staying in an old spanish building, but the room facilities need to be updated. The room was however nice and clean.

The hotel rooms are a bit small and the beds are old. But the building takes you back to old Spain, especially the cave underground where we ate breakfast. The Hotel is on a large plaza off of Las Ramblas Street where all the action is happening.
The staff were great, especially Kenneth at the front desk. The prices were very reasonable. I would stay here again.

Great location but very basic property. Room had 18” Tv, double bed and two nightstands. Small tub with shower. No safe and no windows. Main caution is our room was incredibly noisy. You could clearly hear every conversation in the surrounding rooms Definitely not for those who are sensitive to noise but a great location close to La Rambla and lots of good restaurants
