Hotel molto carino, pulizia impeccabile, colazione eccellente, personale sempre disponibile, abbiamo soggiornato due notti e sicuramente ci ritorneremo, super consigliato sia per famiglie che per coppie.

Aankomst was niet service gericht. Zijn met gezin en hadden kamers naast elkaar gevraagd via reservering. Personeel was niet op zoek naar oplossingen. Kon alleen geregeld worden als we extra zouden betalen. Dat laat in de avond met 3 kinderen. Zegt wat over de gastvrijheid. Verder ruikt de lobby naar rook. Waan me meer in een hostel voor studenten. Leuk maar niet voor gezinnen. Kortom geen 4 sterren.

Mooi hotel met rooftop zwembad en bar. Vanaf dak kijk je naar zee. Supergoed ontbijt echt aan alles was gedacht . Kamer enigszins gedateerd maar wel schoon. Wij hadden een Family kamer. Op loopafstand van groot overdekt winkelcentrum en metro stations.

Goed hotel, zeker ook schoon, rustige ligging, het is alleen wel een stukje van het centrum. Zeker wel 15minuren a 20minuten met de metro. Ook moet je nog 8 minuten naar het meteo station lopen. Dus opzich qua ligging prima, maar niet in het centrum. Wel mooie ruime kamers. Ontbijt was niet veel, wel voldoende en vers. Leuk personeel en vriendelijk.

Het hotel ligt niet binnen het touristische stadshart maar meer tegen een industriewijk. Dit gaf juist wel een extra touch aan ons verblijf, omdat je toch meer tussen de locals zit. De metro, Lidl en het strand, zijn lopend prima bereikbaar. Wat betreft het hotel kan ik alleen maar positieve punten opnoemen. Vriendelijk personeel, 24uurs receptie, goed ontbijt, mooie moderne en schone hotelkamer, goede matrassen en een top view vanaf het dakterras.. Echt een aanrader!

To whom it may concern: I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a "premium" room and spent over €1000, only to find that the room did not meet my expectations. One of the main issues I encountered was the bathroom in the room. It had a sliding door that was transparent, offering no privacy. Additionally, the lamp fixtures were hanging from the ceiling wires, which was not only unsightly but also a safety concern. I was surprised to learn that breakfast was not included in the "premium" room rate. This was unexpected, as most hotels I have stayed at in the past have included breakfast as part of the premium package. Furthermore, the room did not live up to the photos on your website. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust present on both common and uncommon surfaces. The woodwork in the room was chipped in multiple areas, posing a hazard to guests, especially children. I feel that I was manipulated into booking this room, as I was unable to get a refund due to booking through the app. As a frequent visitor to Barcelona, I can confidently say that I will not be staying at your hotel again. I urge you to take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for your guests in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
