Hostal Orleans

I booked this hotel on *********** weeks before my trip. On arrival from airport I was told my reservation had been canceled 7 hours ago because they could not get hold of me to confirm a credit card that had already been confirmed by ***********. This left me at 4pm with no accommodation. And there was no accommodation that I could find at a price I could afford. I have had to leave barcellona for some of my planned time and the rest stay in a 16 bed mixed dorm which is not what I want for the trip I have planned and saved for for 2 years. The staff members at hotel Orleans didn't care and made it clear it wasn't their problem. I am left feeling hurt and angry. There seems to be no recourse for this terrible practice. It seems to me that hotel orleans decided it could get a lot more money by renting my room at short notice than the deal given to me weeks prior.

Lovely Hostal. Only downside is you have to climb 2 flights of stairs before you reach the Hostal. Apart from that thd place was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Couldn't fault the accommodation we had. If anyone has breathing problems be forwarded. I will definitely return to this Hostal.

Family of 3 booked a private room with bathroom. Clean, friendly staff. English friendly. Located right next to train station and taxi stand. Great value, had no problems while staying here, in fact we loved the location a lot.

Rooms, cleanliness, location all amazing and all other members of staff friendly and helpful but had a bad experience with one lady. In the shared lounge area me and my sister came back from drinks out before midnight ( in no way being drunk and dissorderly, maybe a little loud) and the lady sat there told my sister Fu*k off for no Reason whatsoever. Me and my sister were really shocked and said excuse me ect ect you should not speak to people like that and she continued to say Fu*k off agressively in my sister's face and said she ' f**king owns the place'. The other staff member, a man tried to calm the situation and make her excuses but unfortunately her aggressive rude behaviour let the place down. I would be giving 5 stars if it was not for this incident and all of the other staff members were really friendly. Think someone needs to go on a customer service course :/

Great Location you can actually always find something to do or somewhere to eat quickly. Friendly and Helpful staff Nice clean room, house keeping we’re lovely and done timely. It did the job really there just to sleep. Would highly recommend 10/10😊😊.

Posizione ottima, difronte alla Stazione e alla fermata della metro; 10 minuti dalla Barceloneta e 20 da Placa Catalunya a piedi. L’hotel si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo, la nostra stanza si trovava poi al primo piano dell albergo.Kit cortesia ciabatte, spazzolino+mini dentifricio e un bicchiere, in bagno sapone per le mani shampoo e bagno schiuma grandi. Asciugamani e pulizia camera TUTTI I GIORNO; lenzuola ogni due. Struttura e stanza pulita, tutto il personale gentile e disponibile ed è presente sempre qualcuno alla reception. Non dispongono di un servizio colazione ma vi è una stanza comune dove sono comunque ben forniti con distributori bevande e cibo, frigorifero, macchinetta del caffe, bollitore e microonde inoltre puoi prendere gratuitamente the tisana o camomilla. Sono rimasta molto contenta del mio soggiorno e ringrazio la struttura. Noi abbiamo scelto stanza con bagno in camera ma dispongono anche di shared bath (che penso sia pulito visto che ogni mattina c erano gli addetti alle pulizie sempre al lavoro). Infine vorrei aggiungere che ci un supermercato molti bar dove poter fare colazione di mattina e vicino altro bar per la sera con una vita notturna movimentata. CONSIGLIO

La estancia duró 3 noches. En general, el sitio está limpio y aseado. En nuestro caso, disponíamos de una opción con 2 camas individuales, una cama doble y un sofa cama, incluyendo cocina y algunos enseres de cocina básicos. El sitio está perectamente ubicado enfrente de una de las estaciones de tren y a escasos minutos andando de la playa y el paseo marítimo. La tención fue correcta tanto para el check in como para el check out, destacando la del check in con el chico que nos atendió muy bien y que nos dió conversación por un rato. El apartamento tení ligeros desperfectos en algunas parades de rayadas, pero nada reseñable ni que afecta a la estancia ni mkucho menos. Las camas nos parecieron bastante cómodas. En definitiva, un sitio completamente recomendable.

Il posto è molto centrale, vicino a qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto (addirittura di fronte ad una stazione ma per niente rumorosa). Il personale a dir poco favolo, molto gentile e disponibile nonostante non parlassimo ne spagnolo ne inglese. Ti sentivi come a casa dove mamma ti pulisce la camera, ti rifà il letto e ti cambia la biancheria ogni giorno. Aria condizionata presente Veramente veramente consigliato

CI SONO STATA A SETTEMBRE ! Un piccolo Spettacolo per visitare Barcellona a due passi dalla stazione metro di Barceloneta. hotel a 2 stelle ma davvero ne merita almeno 4 per la cortesia, pulizia camere giornaliera. Puoi tornare a tutte le ore, sempre gentili e disponibili. Ce un piccolo soggiorno per prendere un caffè o per usufruire di servizi “acqua, bibite”. Vicinissimo ad alcune delle attrazioni, come primo viaggio e primo hotel sono davvero contenta ❤️ Ci ritornerei subito in questo favoloso hotel !!! CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.
