很差，洗手池，那個水流下下水道的是壞的，而且所有垃圾自己清理，並且馬桶也是壞的，大概付了一千多吧，差的要死。怎麼好意思收城市税費8歐。而且特別吵，在馬路邊上，電梯也很小，免費水也沒有喝的，就是一個很普通的名宿

L’appartement est confortable et bien placé.
Les photos montrent une terrasse avec une piscine, mais en réalité c’est un bac d’eau .

Very good localization, many places for restaurant and pubs. Great fast check-in online. Kind People work there. We had 2 bathrooms and balcon. Outside swimmingpool. Ale the shops are around this place. Bus and metro very close.

Great location, 10 min walk from Las Ramblas. Lots of cafes and eateries close by. Having a kitchen is a big benefit, especially for breakfast.

Interior decoration and some equipments like TV, sofas should be renewed to better quality ones noisy air-conditioning removed and changed with more suitable ones. Pay attention to details that make a difference. I suggest that owners should call a specialist to review all these things and to provide advises to be applied to enhence accommodations and the stay Prices to be adjusted

great area..trees ,wide sidewalks, lots of restaurants..the apartment was spacious with serviceable furnishings.Large bathroom...but no safety bars.

So I chose this apartment as the location was close to everything I wanted to see and explore. Amazing food places around the corner too. The room was clean and quiet. Facilities were decent and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you especially to Melina and Luis for being so lovely.
