BCN Urbany Hotels Gran Ronda

Helaas hebben we geen volledige ervaring. Het verblijf was rampzalig. We kwamen om 23.00 uur aan en er was niemand bij de receptie. Alleen de online ontvangst- en incheckcodes zijn niet naar ons verzonden. We wachtten 40 minuten. We zijn een reservering kwijtgeraakt bij een restaurant. Er was niet eens een verontschuldiging. Hetzelfde bij het afrekenen. Om negen uur 's ochtends klopte er iemand op de deur. Niemand vroeg om een late check-out. Dit is echt slecht. Geweldige locatie en goed verzorgde kamers.

Rooms are spacious, decorated

住進去了。房間很小（20平米）但是很新很乾凈，主要是地點太好了。這種旅店沒有前台，自己要去下載App check in搞半天。也沒鑰匙就是一個密碼開大門和開自己房門。新鮮事物。

Brand new apartments, minimal but with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, although you can practically do everything with the app you install on your phone. Exceptional location, you can easily reach the center on foot and the subway is just 200m away. The only downside is the bed is a little hard but that's personal taste. Great stay!

Property itself and location is very good but the only downside is the washroom door. The room we stayed in has two bathroom with glass sliding door which does not cover entire washroom door. Other than this, there is no issue at this place.

It is very unpleasant to not have any fresh air in a pandemic. Room goes out to a closed inner courtyard with a roof - and you also hear every single other person’s voice echoing once they open their window. But the worst was that the pictures upon booking showed a nice room with a French floor to ceiling windows and daylight, so that is what I was expecting to get. Staff explained that this was normal, so they could not change the room. They should show in the photos what the rooms actually look like, then it might be ok. It feels a bit scammy to me tbh. Edited to add: Once everyone comes home at night and gathers in the courtyard, which has the size of an elevator shaft, say goodbye to sleep. Not to mention how worried about Covid you will be, because ventilation is zero - just a fan that moves the old air around, no fresh air. Avoid this, and if you absolutely have to use this place, stay in a room with a view of the street.
