An okay hotel but the staff seemed inexperienced in welcoming foreign guests. 2 people at the reception made me wait half an hour not being able to find my booking, but it turned out it was there all along. It was a bit frustrating after a long, tiring day

Air-conditioning not working, staff says it's only for hot air and not for cooling 🤔. The thing is no air flow was coming out when we requested for help with turning it on.

Clean facility, helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, but not a huge amount of choices. Though considering the size of the hotel, a huge breakfast isn’t to be expected.

閲讀評價後發現酒店不衹是好評居多，並且在認真處理回覆中差評提到的問題。衞生、安靜、空間是我首要考慮的因素。酒店整體都很乾凈。房間裏牆角鏡面各處細節打掃得很認真；最重要的是衞生間無異味，床品感覺很新，沒有發現毛髮或污漬。

亞朵應該是定位年青時尚中高端消費者。房間乾淨衞生服務特別周到之外總結幾個勝出之處：一是記憶枕頭床墊，睡覺服貼舒適。二是配有洗衣房健身房，商務旅遊特別方便。三是有小夜宵，粥熬得稠稠的超好喝，遊玩歸來解乏。四免費停車。五有移動機器人服務送手機充電器或送餐，長者很欣喜，在南方應該很普遍了。各酒店硬件設施相當，但從人性化服務如隨處可取礦泉水，還有備品從牙膏到洗髮護髮質量尚佳，可以看出酒店的品質差別。此外，早餐豐盛，蒙餐羊雜碎湯，奶茶很地道，供豆腐腦豆漿很健康。作為業餘體驗官非常滿意！
