We wish we could have stayed another night!
The pool and the view are all lovely. The inside is very clean, and most impressively we didn’t see any bugs! The furniture was comfortable and the style was nice. The kitchen was very well equipped and we would have definitely used it if we had brought some cooking ingredients with us!
I would suggest that guests do some grocery shopping and bring some snacks with them as there aren’t convenience stores or supermarkets in this area. We ordered food online (options are limited), took a while to arrive since this area is not very populated, but the staff helped us to meet up with the delivery driver.
Breakfast was included and the shuttle came very quickly when we called!

We checked out 4 hours after checking in. The room is beautiful but there are no amenities that the hotel say they provide. There are no restaurants in the area, the hotel only provides one type of hot pot and there are no taxi services available. We had to call our new hotel in Haitang Bay to send a taxi for us because there were none in the area. The room was beautiful and view was beautiful but the houses all around are vacant with no furniture or anything inside. Do not recommend to stay here

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
- Hotel staff did not prepare the villas private swimming pool on arrival. Had to wait until 11pm for swimming pool to be filled with water.
- Bathroom flooded when using shower.
- Toilet seat was broken.
- Air-con system was noisy.
- Hotel restaurant staff accused us of ordering items that we did not order.
- The hotel villas overall are badly maintained.
We booked for two nights, but our experience here was so bad that we left after the first night.

房間很好，很乾凈沒有異味
兩室兩衞，其中一個衞生間很大
有個獨立泳池,趕上下雨，雨中游泳感覺很好
站在平台上，空氣太好了
服務也很好，早餐給送到房間
贈送呀諾達門票，景區很好

服務：不論是前台小姐姐還是擺渡車的大哥，都很熱情，態度很好，大哥還主動幫我們提行李!
衞生：酒店外部環境一般，內部有點臟，訂來兩間房，一間燈光昏暗，一間的泳池水很臟，衞生有待改進!!!衞生太差勁了!!!而且清潔人員的掃把也亂扔，體驗較差。。
入住有歡迎果盤之類的，不錯。

酒店在保亭，那香山別墅區裏，半酒店半民宿的標準。
第三次來住這家酒店啦。環境依山而建，每個房間都帶游泳池，每次來都定的兩市一廳，並指定要山崖邊的，風景會更好，下面就是呀諾達景區,部分套餐還含有景區門票。
主卧和客廳都很大，採光也好，次卧靠路邊還是有點壓抑。
早餐沒有自助，會送到房間，不能吃好飯能吃飽！周邊吃東西要開車去附近的鎮上。
酒店服務一般，房間內設施比較齊全,冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐都有。
衞生還能過得去，但這個沙發和沙發靠枕是不是該洗洗了。真的有點説不過去。這次來還是上次去年那個房間，衹是沙發好像那麼久都沒有洗過。
