Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

這個酒店的裝修風格很有趣，房間風格簡單大方住着很舒適，前台還贈送了免費的小姐姐態度很友好，很有耐心。客房服務員也很好，房間需要加水或者增加衞生用品，也都有求必應，位置不錯在火車站附近，逛街的地方挺多的，很方便推薦！

出差來保定，選擇了這家酒店，服務態度都很不錯，很關心入住的感受和需求，來的比較晚，第二天退房還幫忙延遲了一下時間，整體保養的還可以，設施比較齊全，地理位置挺好的，離火車站很近，旁邊也有商店，這個倒是很方便，房間裏也有一個小的冰箱，裏面有水，剛好可以放我的水果，很不錯了。早餐的樣式和味道還行，下次來保定出差，我還會選這家酒店。真的挺好的，很滿意

第一次來保定，從網上看到了這家酒店，名字很有趣水晶酒店，入住以後非常的舒適，進大堂有員工幫忙按電梯，辦理入住時候也很親切速度很快，服務很好。進了房間寬敞明亮，為我安排了一個高樓層陽面空間很大的房間，還貼心的為我們介紹用餐的時間和地點，早餐豐富味道也很不錯，我走的時候員工幫我貼心叫車，非常棒，晚上還提供了泡腳服務，態度很好👌🏻

酒店環境不錯，房間也很乾凈，空調很涼快，設施齊全，一樓有健身房和桌球廳，四樓還有洗衣房，前台小李服務很好，性價比挺高的，早餐品種繁多，後院還可以免費停車，很不錯，推薦！

和朋友路過保定，決定在保定呆一天。在網上搜尋到這家店，之前在四川住過。接待我們的小姐姐非常健談，免費幫我們升級了房型。綜合體驗不錯，位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，大廳簡潔大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽，早餐很好吃，都是我喜歡吃的，很棒，前台茶和小零食，非常不錯，前台效率高，周到，專業很不錯，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服，出水快，水温好，網速快，辦公方便，房間整理，強力推薦
