酒店服務比較好，人也很熱情，到機場打電話就會來接機，早上也會按時送機場，房間還是很乾凈的，設施齊全，但是酒店有點老，為了趕第二天的早班飛機還是很好的選擇。

Very good service. Aaron was very responsive when we needed to switch rooms due to cigarette smoke. Also a very nice restaurant inside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay!

There is no elevator which made it very inconvenient for a disabled Native American Veteran to climb so many stairs.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exceptionally neat and clean. The pool area was so much fun for my granddaughter and we had easy access from our room! Overall, I would give the Bangor Grande a 5 star rating!

The front desk people were nice but you can tell it’s was run down it was loud! And they say breakfast is included but you have to pay for it.

Wonderful. Room was so spacious and comfortable . I could live in this room. It had everything. It’s in a great location and it was very affordable. I will definitely stay here again .

Rooms were not ready. There was no offer of compensation. Just kept being told half hour and another half hour turned into another half hour.

From midnight to 2 am the hallway was a hangout for loud obnoxious intoxicated adults with no respect for the young family next to us who's baby was up crying the entire night. We had a ballgame first thing in the morning. I'll look elsewhere for the next tournament. I hope this is not the new normal in Bangor.
