Very friendly and helpful staff. They are a credit to the hotel. Room service food was good. Breakfast ok. Location is excellent. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

3rd time booking the hotel from past 1 year .. hotel policy is very strict and never consider your value of time when checking out .. no trust to the customer and always want to check the room after you left and it take time as per the housekeeper availability.. I don’t remember her name but not pleasant and supportive during my checkout process.

This used to be a little “hidden gem,” but I think the word is out. They’ve raised their rates considerably, and even on this most recent trip, they didn’t even give complimentary water in the rooms. I still like it though. It’s a bit tucked back on Soi 18, but it’s an easy/quick enough walk to Asok.

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff on a quieter than usual soi off Sukhumvit. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Big room, walk 8 mins only can reach Terminal 21.
Didn't try the hotel breakfast, outside have few restaurant, price decent.
So far everything is ok.

Even though check in time was suppose to be 2 PM , my room was not ready till 3 PM . After pushing the staff got the room eventually but room was comparatively smaller to other rooms . Even checkin took 15-20 minutes which is unusual considering there was no waiting .
Rooms were clean and tidy
