Het was een geweldig verblijf voor mij met een prachtig uitzicht op mijn kamer.
Alles was in orde, behalve dat het personeel onze onderlinge communicatie vergat, maar ze losten het probleem uiteindelijk onmiddellijk op.
Ik zou opnieuw verblijven met dit hotel

Service was geweldig, ik boekte dit apart van mijn vrienden en bij het inchecken plaatste het personeel ons allemaal op dezelfde verdieping. Het is waarschijnlijk een klein gebaar, maar het wordt enorm gewaardeerd.
De kamer is enorm, wordt geleverd met een kitchenette en de badkamer is uitgerust met een ligbad. De locatie is superhandig met Emporium Mall en Phrom Phong BTS net bij het hotel. Ze ondergaan echter een opknapbeurt of renovatie, dus het was geen directe toegang van en naar het winkelcentrum.
Toen ik de kamer binnenkwam, dacht ik dat er een geur was, maar ik kon niet onderscheiden wat het was. Maar over het algemeen was het goed nadat de airco een tijdje aan was blijven staan.
De hele ervaring in het hotel was over het algemeen geweldig.

Despite the hotel having been built for some time, the service rendered by hotel staff is excellent. I cannot ask for more. They are attentive, polite and very helpful. Kindly consider including USB and type C outlets for charging phones and checking the hair drier. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Bangkok again. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to those friendly staff who offered assistance to us during our stay in Bangkok. Thanks a lot.

Located beside Phrom Phong BTS and The Emporium shopping centre. Location wise, its very convenient abeit the massive jams. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfy but cleanliness can definitely be improved. I saw stains on the bed sheets and the bathroom sink. Good but improvements can definitely be made.

First time staying at emporium suites. I would say it has been wonderful! Service was excellent! Room was spacious and well furnished with plenty wardrobe for clothes. A big fridge which I love it as compared to the mini fridge which is not even chilled in all hotels.
The breakfast was delicious! There’s a change in cooked food everyday.
Location was very conveniently accessible to plenty masssges parlour, subway, local eateries. I would say this location is away from all the tourists crowd.
However it’s a tad away from platinum mall. The traffic to and fro was horrendous.
I would definitely stay come back again’

I liked location and service but I feel a bit unhappy with women on check in counter. But others are normal and friendly.
