De locatie is niet in de buurt van de plaatselijke levensmiddelenwinkel, ik moet ongeveer 7 minuten lopen naar de 7 - 11 in de hoofdstraten. Hotel personeel is erg vriendelijk en hun service is goed. Ze hielpen bij het boeken van een auto, deelden goed advies, de lobby had gratis drankjes en popcorn. Het personeel is ook attent voor hotelgasten en ze bieden ook gratis vervoer naar het BTS-station (Thong Lo) in de buurt. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar voldoende met drankjes (koffie, vruchtensappen en melk). Ik heb 2 kamers geboekt, maar was niet op dezelfde verdieping (niveau 3 en 4 - kamer 1307 & 1411), dit had ik niet verwacht.

Leuke en gezellige plek om te verblijven.
Kamer is mooi en bed is ook comfortabel.
Er is een USB-oplader aan de muur die u gemakkelijk kunt aansluiten.. erg handig.
Personeel is vriendelijk speciaal K.Vit. die een pendeldienst verzorgen.

Ik heb afgelopen maart 2022 in het hotel verbleven, helaas had ik geen goede ervaring. Maar deze keer is een totaal experiment, echt alles was goed verzorgd, zelfs al dacht ik dat ik het 5 minuten voor het inchecken had geboekt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was schoon en het ontbijt? heerlijk. Ik zal zeker de volgende keer met mijn familie komen.

Goede hotelvoorzieningen omvatten een bescheiden maar helder zwembad. Er zijn hier veel buitenlanders. Ze zullen vriendelijk tegen je zijn als je een extravert persoon bent en je kunt met ze praten. De kamer is echter wat krap en ik word er een beetje depressief van. Het personeel is vriendelijk en beleefd.

This hotel is very beautiful. The location is convenient and not far away from Thong Lo BTS Station.
We were enjoying to stay here. The staffs here is helpful and friendly.

This is our second time staying here and we were extremely impressed that the staff, even after 18months recognised us and treated us like family. It was like coming home.
This time was only a short business trip but the stay was comfortable as before and facilities are still great and conveniently close to shopping malls and embassies.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

The room provided is right above a bar. Every night, a large number of guests smoke and shout at the door of the bar, which is noisy until 2 to 3am. When I complained to the counter, told that they would follow up but there was no improvement at all. When I asked to change rooms, told that there was only one basement and no balcony room available! Everyone knows the environment of this hotel! Good luck.
