The Hotel facilities and design is very great. But unfortunately, they have arrange a room to me faced the highway. Day time is not issues and so I think that the sound insulation is good but I can feel the difference in night time. The sound is quite affection on my sleeping.
Others including the staffs is very nice with good service attitude.

is in the traffic zone. eventho they got way out. Some of the hotel staff cant speak english but bellboy can and room was small. Not worth money but pretty clean.

⚫︎My room is a bit dusty and toliet is not enough to clean
⚫︎Breakfast's staff is warm and kind
⚫︎Location is a bit far from BTS station and nothing Seven eleven or LAWSON or other shops around hotel

Amazing hotel and very friendly staff. Good choice of breakfast as well. Excellent for families as it’s near to nana but situated in a clean street and no weird nightlife bars or girls on the way if you’re walking to the hotel from main sukhumvit road. Moreover, if the hotel can add some halal items to the menu in breakfast (like several other hotels in bangkok) then it would be another great point for the hotel.
Nonetheless, would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located in the city center of Bangkok. Public Transportation is very walking distance. Next station to Siam mall. I booked a room with buffet dinner. It was so unexpected that the dinner was so great. Strongly Recommend this

I like the welcoming cookies. This hotel is close to Nana and the JW Hotel. The rooms look clean and nice. The pool is a bit underwhelming. The team is polite and helpful.
