The room we had reserved was not available when we arrived but we were upgraded to a bigger room for free. The room was a spacious one bedroom suite. We needed to request some of the bathroom amenities be refilled (razor, toothbrush, shampoo, bodywash) but it was handled quickly. The bed was comfortable. The gym was well equipped. The pool area was nice. The restaurant was good and so was the breakfast.

It's not a true 5-star hotel; the rooms are old and the common areas are not luxurious. The bed is not very comfortable. However, the staff is excellent—very kind and professional.

We booked an executive suite because it had a washing machine. As a result, when we checked in, we saw a closet instead of a washing machine 🤡 The staff agreed to change the room, but then we regretted it... The washing machine is in terrible condition and has been in need of replacement for a long time :)
The apartments themselves are clean and comfortable, but clearly not the newest. The air conditioner is old and very noisy.
All this is offset by a view pool on the 33rd floor and a very tasty breakfast. There was a European menu here, you definitely won't go hungry!

Staff are friendly but the facilities are very old and even have dusts being seen on beds and towels. The air conditioner is noisy and somehow the functionality is not stable, suddenly warm and suddenly cold.
The only good part is very close to BTS and the shopping circle and spa spaces

Great location but facilities and room are pretty old. Poor selection for bfast and towels were old and worn out.

Location is good. 8-10 minutes walk to Chitlom BTS. There are three 7 Eleven stores, shops & pushcart food available along Soi Langsuan. Mercury Ville mall with shops & eateries at the main junction. It will be good if free tuk tuk service is available at the hotel to the BTS station for better convenience. The two-bedroom executive suite we stayed is spacious but you have to request or bring your own shaver & cream, toothbrush and toothpaste. No freezer for large fridge. Pillows are too soft for my liking. No washing machine. Balcony view is great. Staff could communicate in English and all are polite and helpful. Overall, a great hotel to stay in.

This is very nice, clean & quiet hotel, stuffs are nice.
But BTS stations are not around.
This time I booked a suit with 2 bedrooms.
full equiements like home.
I certainly will come again.
