Convenient local near Makassan Station on BKK rail link line. Efficient professional staff. Would stay again.

Hotel in a good position with friendly staff. The room is spacious and bed comfortable but some parts need renovation. Minibar working properly, tea& coffee provided. Breakfast could be more varied, however fresh fruit is very good. Easy to reach from rail train from airport and close to metro station.

Location is good. Infront is the phetchaburi MRT and opposite is the airport link. Found ants on my bed sheets and the table. Requested housekeeping to change the bed sheets but still found ants. Luckily there is no skin allergic from it. I guess it’s not really bothering us after all. Front desk and staff is polite

Excellent service and employees. I also love how they provide options on ordering food plus foods are delicious. Small problem is that the hotel locates in a small way behind the main street which can sometimes be confusing to find it.

Great location as just next to the metro station . The room clean but I felt a little too dark for me especially the toilet. Should have a better lighting . When I booked the room for a night I got a free ticket for BTS day trip . I decided to extend my stay so booked another day with separate booking and the just gave me one ticket instead of 2 said as per stay . I felt cheated on this part .. other all good . Will I come back to the hotel ? I guess I will search for a better deal with this price . Just my opinion .

We arrived at hotel late afternoon and we have our lunch at hotel’s restaurant. Staff of front desk can speak Chinese very well👍🏻
