Good& clean room. Wifi and hot water ready. All the staff very friendly. I forgot my paspor at the receptions desk, they are keep and bring it to me. So happy stay in this hotel.

Location is really strategist Near platinum Street food is just behind the hotel, Near bigC, Tofu cosmetics Shop, and BTS. mbk Mall and bangkok Art&culture centre just a few minute by taxi, Room cleaning everyday towel changing everyday, really satisfied with this hotel

It’s the second time that I stayed here, no doubt the location is convenient, it is very near to the shopping area. Unlike my first stay the room that I got this time is for solo traveler which is far different from my previous experience. The room is spacious enough for one person but the amenities like spoon and glass can’t be found, there’s a kettle though. The smell of the room is not pleasant for me too. I booked a massage service inside my room but I have to go downstairs to inform them since there’s no telephone directory inside the room. I usually used the safety box to keep important things but got trouble and error in opening the box at night, some staff came to help but can’t fix it so I have to wait until the next day for the technician to open it. Over all the staff were kind and approachable. As for me, there room for 2 people is good (as per my experienced last time) but not this room for single person.

The hotel is the best location in bangkok near Patunam market this place have alot of people and seller buyer🥰❤️Hotel is good all service and have breakfast 🥞
but in room don't have coffee ☕️
