The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is convenient and is a 9-15 mins. walk from Pratunam Market, ThePalladium, Plantinum Fashion Mall, The Market, Big C and Centralworld.
There are numerous stores and shops near the hotel.
The room is spacious and the beds are soft and comfortable.

It is near City and Fashion Mall. lift is very small . Room AirCon also sometimes not cooling. We can hear sound from another room speaking. Not give toothpaste and toothbrush .

One of the best qualities in this hotel is the friendliness of the stuffs. They are very resourceful and helpful. Some of the room's amenities are old but usable. The room is spacious and clean. If in any case you encounter some problems, the counter downstairs can always help. You might need to walk about 10+ minutes or more or take a bus if you want to go to pratunam or platinum market.

Very convenient place, walking distance to the city, surrounded with a lot of reflexology services.
Hotel room is considered quite clean, however, a hundred plus comes without toothpaste and toothbrush this a bit disappointing.
Beside this, I stayed there for 3 nights, I keep getting doorbell and phone call everyday in the morning for housekeeping asking… this really annoyed me.
