De locatie is perfect om te reizen! De metro is ook laat, dus het is handig en goed!
Ik vroeg omdat ik opeenvolgende nachten verbleef, maar de lakens waren geregeld en niet vervangen.
Het water in de wastafel viel uit, dus ik heb twee keer om een storing gevraagd en ze hebben het meteen opgelost.
De kamer was netjes en mooi.

Booked Deluxe Premium Room with king bed, on 21st floor overlooking the city. Had sink, microwave, fridge, small love seat, table, and safe. Room was spacious, pillows and bed was soft. Had slippers and bath robes. 2 suggestions for 5 star hotel expected newer fluffy towels because towels are very worn, also need some Bluetooth Bose sound system like Sofitel hotel sukhumvit.

Stayed here with my family (5 pax) and it was the perfect location. Have been to Terminal 21 many times, this is the first time staying at this hotel and it is worth the price. Our connecting room was very clean and service was good. Pool was small but nice for a quick dip. The hotel is also connected to Asok BTS and 5mins walk to Sukhumvit MRT so you’re very well connected to go anywhere in Bangkok city. Overall a very good experience.

Great location, friendly service. Could be more generous with the shower amenities - one shower gel bottle for a family of three is challenging. Need to call to ask for extra bottles every day. The hotel is generous with their mini bar snacks and drinks though - it was refilled on daily basis from coconut cookies, chips, to cold drinks (coke, sprite and orange juice).

Closest hotel to a mall , just step 2 doors and you are at terminal 21! Not only that, closest to a MRT stop as well, same thing 2 stops and you reach Asok MRT! Very convenient location and nice hotel facilities, game room was fun!

Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet.
Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay.
Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again.
Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

Superb location with easy access to BTS and MRT, very comfortable stay, was given a room on the top floor (32) with great views. Have been to many bangkok hotels and this is my favorite in terms of location and quality!
