Over all it was a hell of a problem with my check in. Book a room with a window. But given a room without. 2nd as the hotel knows all along of this problem but never feed back to Trip.com on the advertising of room with window is limited why not feedback. The cleanliness of the hotel was so so. As towels & bedsheets will stain. While the check out deposit was not received but the staff wanted us to sign off which till we insist to give the deposit then we sign off. Which I think is not right.
Overall location good for shopaholic.
Post on the photo was our room without & other with the window which was told that it was fully booked . Another photo of the rude lady staff of the hotel.

The hotel wouldn’t allowed early check in even we’ve alr arrived at 1:30 and see that the guest have walking issue

The room smell is bad and services is really bad coz me and my friends carry a lot of luggage and they just only looking and nothing help. bathroom is really bad
