Located between Soi 15 and Soi 19, it's convenient for the BTS and MRT, and close to Terminal 21. Requesting a room on a higher floor or on the east side during booking ensures a great view. The hotel's age reminded me of a cheap hotel I stayed at in Soi Samson a while back. While I wasn't expecting it to be anything special, the facilities were certainly dated, and some people found it a little dark and intimidating. However, it had a rooftop pool, a gym, strong Wi-Fi everywhere, and a new safe, so it wasn't as bad as I expected. The refrigerator was large enough to chill a large bottle of Chang beer. A kettle and hairdryer were available for rental at the front desk. Toothbrushes and razors weren't provided, so I had to buy them in the basement of Terminal 21. Cons: Breakfast is the same every day. I like Thai porridge, so it wasn't a problem for me. The only coffee available was a slightly bitter instant coffee. The only fruit available was a small, unappetizing apple. The bathroom and washroom were particularly rundown. My room didn't have hot water, which may be due to a gacha system, but the bathtub was pointless. They use a lot of Japanese electrical appliances, so I wish they would buy a new water heater made in Japan too lol. I saw a lot of Western guests, and the rest were Japanese. I wonder if they mostly stay for mid- to long-term stays? If there was a cheaper option without breakfast, I would choose that.
