The front desk manager a short guy wearing spec is rude. Hotel use nice room photo to cheat clients. Actual room is simple dirty full of hairs and crocraches and this front desk manager call it DELUXE ROOM. i will report this hotel to health department and thai hotel association and all of you do not ever book this hotel no matter how cheap they are.

Very dirty hotel. wifi doesn't work with bugs. dirt clogs. Outdoor pool closes at 17:00

Good hotel, they have swimming pools at 3 rd floor, big conference room also, staff are helpful but they charge 1000 as security deposit

We booked a room with a large bed and a balcony, but in the end there were 2 small beds and no balcony. When asked where the balcony and large bed were, they actually waved it off with the phrase “we don’t have free rooms or balconies.” The rooms were quite empty with our parents, the occupancy was constant. It’s impossible to ask for anything, apparently due to the large tourist flow of people from India, because everyone around the hotel is from India, apparently such an area. The rooms themselves are reminiscent of the movie "The Shining", but quite comfortable.

Good room. Superb ambiance. Just a bit far from pratunam market. The service is good enough but still can improve most especially the front desk. They should smile a bit.

It is one of the best-located hotels in Pratunam, and I have repeatedly recommended it to my friends. The hotel is within walking distance of the local Pratunam retail areas, surrounded by cuisine, massage, and transportation to other places.

I guess for price it's what it is, we had alot of people socialising in corridors, wifi doesn't work well in rooms so not ideal if you need to work, staff do their best not to be involved with anything and just do what is required of them. It's a big hotel but very old building placed under a motorway so it's not very nice sight. Entrance is terrible under motorway thank god they have staff that help with luggages. Rooms are not sound proof so any little noise comes in from corridors! Bathroom very old! Its inside indian town , another lot of Indian restaurants bars shops

The hotel staffs are good. It is an old hotel but it is well maintained. The only problem I encountered is the wifi in my room. It's very slow.
