The hotel is new and modern, which is surrounded by an urban forest. Rooms are clean and spacious. Premier room has open kitchen, laundry room and balcony. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered many different types of food and beverages. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for a retreat in Bangkok.

I recommend everyone to just book this place for your Bangkok stay. This property deserves a prize on any major hospitality award categories.
Service is detailed and fast. Their thermal spa facility / treatment is also a must-try as not many hotels boost a proper, authentic 7-process thermal therapy. If you have not tried a Turkish or Moroccan bath in your life, do try out this energizing spa session!
Another bonus point: the club lounge French Toast in our breakfast menu is exceptionally tasty. I’ll return for that.

The hotel is pretty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location takes 15 mins walk to BTS station. Room is spacious and just like the pics.

I had a great stay at this amazing property thanks to the staff over here. Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference. I will definitely come back Sindhorn Kempinski thanks to the amazing service by the team. 曼谷這家凱賓斯基的服務真是不錯，不論是身穿紅衣的小姐姐Pizza 或是電話服務中心的Rita，优雅的互動著實讓人暖心。下回來曼谷，一定要在再來住！

Great hotel for couples retreat, the hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. Its location is a bit far from tourist spots but the hotel has a shuttle service to the nearest BTS station.

New and luxurious hotel. Very elegant building. Attentive staffs, we got free upgrades, which was a nice surprise. Beautiful lobby. Really nice room. We had champagne for breakfast.
