Only the staff that is a guy is very bad. He put me to the smoking area!

Thank you Romance hotel I enjoyed my stay. I think the only problem is that my room smelled like cigarettes but overall it was comfortable I really slept well

I arrived at the hotel and was told there's a deposit of 400 baht for the key. I didn't have any cash with me so I asked for other means (like card maybe, I don't mind if it won't be returned immediately when I check out...I just want to rest because I've been traveling), the receptionist just told me to go to the ATM machine located at the nearby gas station to withdraw cash (it's walking distance yes, but there are stray dogs, so I had to book a bike ride to and fro). I obliged but I was also a little disappointed with the lack of friendliness or warmth. She seem not happy to check guests in. The room is okay, it's old, the bath tub which I looked forward using has old stains.

Hotel room is clean, bed is comfortable n bathroom is clean n staff is friendly.good recommended ,prices for the hotel is cheaper n also have the different changes when you are check in or extend your time to check out .Good

Avoid This Hotel at All Costs If you’re looking for a hotel that is remote, dirty, and completely disappointing — congratulations, you’ve found it. First of all, the location is incredibly far from everything. You’ll spend more time and money getting anywhere than actually enjoying Bangkok. Cleanliness? Non-existent. There was dust that looked like it had been collecting for a year. We literally had to clean the room ourselves. The housekeeper sheds hair everywhere — we found hair not only in the bathroom, but even inside the fridge. And yes, there was a bug in one of the plates. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff were polite and tried to offer us rooms in both buildings, which is probably the only positive thing I can mention. Also, the TV was huge. That’s it. That’s the full list of pros. We specifically booked this hotel because we wanted a bathtub. Turns out, the entire hotel has serious issues with hot water and boilers. We had to shower in cold water, and taking a bath was simply impossible. So if you enjoy freezing, this might be the place for you. Amenities? Basically none. One roll of toilet paper for two people. One tiny shampoo sample. No slippers. Nothing. This is honestly ridiculous. Overall impression: terrible. We travel a lot, and this is one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Regarding to the both buildings of Romance hotel are faced together, it caused difficulty of the sunlight into the rooms, which lead to stinky of the room. Furniture are old, has not been cleaned well, the location is far from everything, no convenient store nearby, street to the hotel is damaged if you need to bring your car to stay here you need to consider of your vehicle height. Some staffs are helpful and pleased to help you with your inconvenient, but male staff was not, and he also show the bad emotions if the condition we requested was not match with what in his mind. The card deposit system are funny, they accept only cash and if you need to deposit with bank transfer you need to wait for return in the next 2 weeks, also the snacks they selling in the reception, they accept only cash, which is not compatible with the recent society of cashless, and you can not do anything to manipulate your hungry at the night if you don't have cash, because there is no nearby convenient store or any local store, restaurant nearby.
