Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

Of all the hotels available in Bangkok, we chose to stay with Pullman Bangkok Hotel G this time around as we have not stayed here before and usually we'll go with another hotel group's portfolio due to the benefits and all. However, with very little expectations we have, I can say that I am very disappointed with what they offered. We arrived at the hotel 8pm+- but yet our room which is not even a suite or special deco was required. No! Just a standard room we need and paid for. Fine we went for dinner and came back an hour later. Surprisingly, we were given another room type which was the previous design I suppose? We wanted the white room and that's what we have paid for, and no one mentioned to us that it was not available at all. So when we entered the room and found out the room type was different, I called to the front desk to check what happened. The lady who answered my phone cannot handle my questions I guess? She hung up on me, then another lady spoke to me. She said sorry the room type was not available, and she asked me to just take whatever was given. They will find a solution tomorrow. Well, just guess what went through my head. After some high pitch scream we got our room at the end. So... yeap. Sounds like bully. Other than that, location is ok... kind of awkward cuz walking to the BTS is a bittt far but taking a cab is funny. Overall still ok just keep walking... The restaurant / bar at the lobby floor 25 Degree is awwwweeesooommmmeee! Love everything about it! Esp the pancake! Oh ya, breakfast is great too! Yum yum! Pool is quite small though, and can't get much UV for tanning if that's your plan. I won't say it's horrible but won't be in my Top 3 hotel in BKK.

I stayed this in 2016, and now the hotel room is refurbished the room into ALL WHITE color which is okay. Bright and looks modern clean , though to me a bit boring (perhaps to put one iconic color on the sofa or chair, but maybe that’s the designer concept) . Downside : The design is a bit lack of safety , why they painted the door stopper with white color ? My feet hit it 3 times every time I want to put something in the cupboard , the bathroom door also not safe. Notice also the bathroom does not cleaned thoroughly. Took pic on the shower water knob. Disgusting

Hotel is ok.. very outdated. Needs a refurbishment. I will try another brand next time I stay. The bathroom items not fully restocked every day as you would expect. The air conditioning could have been better.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel location is quite far from BTS station, around 15 minutes walking distance, but it is easy to find a taxi/Grab/tuk tuk nearby. The breakfast has a variety of choices, from local dishes to continental options. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly.

挺好的，早餐很豐富，地理位置很好，住的22樓夜景也不錯，可惜沒帶泳衣沒去泳池玩玩

酒店早餐很豐富，美味。房間一進去有點煙味。床單是OK，廁所最後一天來了一衹不速之客-小強 😖 嚇死寶寶了

房間不太好，有味道，好像是裝休的味道，可是房間看上去又很久。前台check in and out 非常不錯，很順利。早餐也還可以，比較精緻，就是吃早餐的人有點多了。外部環境方便

綜合挺不錯的。 之前小紅書上還幾個差評，完全就莫須有吧，酒店房間就是圖片上那種寬敞明亮的，白色風格，整體很大，主要設施都有，健身房在五樓，器械都是意大利知名品牌，早餐無敵好，綜合來看性價比不錯的，推薦推薦！

酒店位於曼谷市中心區，距離 地鐵：Chong Non Si 較近，步行約450米，打車去購物中心 Center World, Siam 大概150泰銖，位置挺好。 酒店大堂闊氣，畢竟也算五星酒店的範疇內，電梯也方便，二樓還有星巴克，早餐也很豐盛，健身房比較大。 酒店客房的面積很大，大約35平米，唯一不足就是裝修稍舊了一點，建議酒店重新換衣櫃及抽屜，，地面的木地板顯得有一點舊，但是酒店的空間確實大，值得選擇，因為我是細節控。
