That's gonna be a tough one but I will try to be as neutral and honest in my review as possible.
The hotel management really sucks. We arrived at the hotel and the bedsheets were dirty, not worm out, not grey due to many washes, just diry.
After that they changed bedsheets and they were even dirtier; multiple yellow stains. Then they upgraded our room which was like the bare minimum, but bedsheets were dirty as well. It took them a while to finally get us clean bedsheets.
I don't blame front desk stuff or ladies who clean the rooms. Rooms are clean for sure. But whoever runs this hotel should have a proper investigation why they couldn't find clean bedsheets. We met one guy who seemed like a manager with like really bad communication skills, not English, but communication skills. Another drawback is the noise, I don't know if it's common for hotels in BKK or we were just unlucky, but if you care about your sleep I suggest that you choose another hotel.
Overall I would give this hotel 3.5/5

It was worth the money. It's accessible and quiet. The staffs are helpful. You have to ask for slippers though as they don't have it in the room. There's a tuktuk service by schedule.
The hotel room is clean. Would want to stay again. 😁

我訂了5晚的有露台房間，第一天的房間差極了。
一走進房間我看到蟑螂。然後我更發現所有從電梯走出來的客人都可以看到我的房間內部，完全沒有私隱可言，即使有露台也只能夠拉上窗簾，根本不能享受露台帶來的好處。之後我向酒店職員表達換房間的意願，終於換到一個相對有私隱的房間。但房間隔音極差，可以聽到附近不少房間的人開關門，隔壁房間雙人運動的聲音，一直不能安睡。另外，房間內沒有熱水壺，完全無法煲熱水，只有每天兩支飲用水。唯一比較好的是有兩位職員態度比較良好，一直面帶笑容服務。
酒店位置來說，雖然可以步行至siam centre等大型商場但需時約20分鐘，而且途中經過很多住宅及窄巷，下次會選擇直接訂最接近中心的酒店。

我衹想説一下，不帶有任何歧視色彩，這是一家超級垃圾的酒店，個人感覺應該是全泰國罪垃圾的酒店之一了啊。前台服務員態度不好，而且還亂收費用，平白無故敲詐了800泰銖，所以請大家擦亮雙眼。以後堅決不要住這個酒店。

房間有點小，而且最開始我預訂錯誤了房間。打了2次電話給前台，想要從2個床，換成一個大床房。前台每次都是答應好了的，結果到了酒店辦理入住，就説他們不知道。服務態度挺好，就是一問三不知。而且我還發了郵件。什麼都處理不好。

晚上前台沒有人會比較沒安全感；
樓下週圍都是711比較方便；
第一天晚上入住凌晨4點警報響了1個多小時也沒有人管這件事是讓人記憶深刻的；
隔音效果比較差，wifi信號也沒有很好；
還是比較新裝修、比較乾淨的，前台人員的人態度也是很好

The hotel is considered clean but still got dusty, trying to wrap the floor with wet wipes very dark. The location is convenient if you are used to it by walking. They even provide free Tutuk fetch to Rachathewi BTS station (except Sun and Mon). Housekeeping and receptionist service is good. Overall the hotel is comfortable to sleep in, it is just that the room they gave us is a bit noisy in the morning because the room Is street direction.

Staying at Vela Be Hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was stunning, with modern decor and all the amenities one could desire. However, the downside was the noise issue. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the room's location next to the soi meant that outside sounds penetrated easily. Throughout the night, the noise from guests next door slamming doors persisted, disrupting sleep and causing frustration.
While the hotel's ambiance and room quality are commendable, the lack of soundproofing detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in noise insulation would greatly enhance the comfort and tranquility of guests' stay at Vela Be Hotel.
