I left something in the room on check out earlier this week and haven't been able to reach the hotel since to even ask if someone found it. Phone, email, Facebook, the contact link on their site are all not working. It's like the place doesn't exist. Hoping to get their attention with a bad review.
We really liked the hotel but I don't know why it's impossible to reach them. A

中規中矩，位置不是很好找，服務還可以，早餐一般。不大不小的中型酒店，搞衞生的一般，其它還可以吧。一般般的酒店

I booked two standard connection rooms, the room were clean and spacious but a bit dark. The bed is comfortable, not too soft or hard. The swimming pool was great and my son enjoyed it a lot! The breakfast was good, even though not too much choices but the taste was good, I like the green curry pork, soup noodle, mushrooms soup and papaya. There were two 7-11 and some restaurants outside the hotel, we just need to walk for 1 minutes. I definitely will stay in the midtown hotel again.

The hotel is ok: price / location / service. The breakfast wasn’t worth paying for it. Location: there is a 7/11 shop
One minute away, subway station is about 20 mins away, there are massage shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk. Pool is clean, the staff is friendly.
