Holiday Village

Sorry to write this story in online ...!!! But there is no other way, We are a big fan of holiday Village food and ambiance, since we are staying close by, but we don't like botanica food ..!!! Last Saturday 25th may dinner we have visited to holiday Village as usual, waited in the restaurant entrance around 20 minutes, no one bothered to attend the walk in customers 😕 finally we have asked one steward to give the table he made us to sit on first floor, after 20 minutes one ***ager ( young ***) came to take our order and he said that your starters will take more then 30 minutes...! Already we have waited long time in the entrance again we have waited to give the food order again he's telling us to wait 30 minutes which is really not acceptable, No one is there to serve the water no spoons or napkins on the tables 😞 We were coming since ***y years we know the owner and those old staffs use to treat us like their own guest, we really miss those hospitality and service, When we asked ***ager about the hospitality he's telling new staffs and kitchen is busy, It use to more busy earlier days but we use to get golden service that is the reason we use keep coming to holiday Village, Indian gravy taste has come gone down very badly their appetizers also very average 😞😞😞 Not only we next to our table ***y guest are upset about the restaurant system,and ***ager should handle the guest not running like steward and busy @kitchen. Anyhow we done with it and never come back to holiday Village 😞😞 Unplanned operation system overall very very disappointed

We have been here for a day out, very disappointed with neatness of the overall property, The pool was very dirty and Uncleaned, Fish pool was stinking very badly, Parking area was full of mud and filled with dry garbage, Amenities are very average hardly few games are there that to broken snooker sticks, torned volleyball net....!!!! We came back after seeing all these things...!! Very sorry Pls work on it.

Bad smell in the room, no ac and also they haven't finished any check-in formalities no proper response and they are very rude on the guests, they are not in a mode to listen guests view.

As no lunch & dinner facility in the resort we need to go for different restaurants for lunch & dinner so price is too much high which is completely waste for the taste what the food they provide and no water facility in the resort to take bath also worst resort

It was good experience to stay here. Good ambience. We stayed in suite room which is most suitable for couples.

The trip was really good rooms need to be maintained more, food for good staff are also good activities are ok

We can't call it a resort. Its just like a hotel room ***** with a lawn and dirty pool. I was disappointed by seeing very basic kids play and activity. Kids play was very similar to pure school like activities. Photos is not matching the property amenities, when we asked at reception they said the don't go by pics. It's not a resort its a hotel room with a lawn and kitchen and car parking.

Positivity-room is good, quality of pool water is good. Negativity-not much space in holiday village resort, main swimming pool maintenance is bad.

It's a good place with average amenities and a bit poor service. I was given a room without cupboard
