We stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 12th October, everything was going normal until the departure day. However, unfortunately my husband and my brother met the hotel ***ager Mr. Latheef on check-out day who was really a fraud person who mislead us on the arrangement of our transport for Coimbatore. He charged us MRP 1500/- per person to book for train to coimbatore telling that he would book us a nice 1st class ticket in the train for our whole family but when we went to the train we realized he booked us normal class of MRP595/- per person in the train. We were traveling with our parents and my child 12y and we felt so bad to travel on seats he booked for us. Later we had to talk to train staff for better arrangements in the train for our family. We were happy with the staff of this property including room attendants who was very kind and hospitable but the ***ager Mr. Latheef ruined everything at the last minute. The hotel was normal but nothing special but it was okay for us as our main reason was not for a luxury accommodation this time, rather we wanted to stay at a hotel near hospitals.
