As usual, very dependable. Close to airport and large malls. Very efficient staff, no hassles at all. Simple lobby but I love to be able to browse the travelers book shelf while waiting for my taxi. Everything you need for a simple transit stay.

Good location for connecting with Suvarnaphumi airport area and Mega Bangna. Hotel is just off frontage Road adjacent to the highway with a 7 -11 next door. Food available in the hotel and rooms spotlessly clean. New hotel. Toilet and shower in excellent condition. Speedy check in and out. We use it every time we need to visit the area. Plenty of parking and Grab taxi easy to find.

Request for an extra card key was rejected. request for a room not facing the highway was not given, hotel not advisable for light sleepers as it is quite noisy throughout the night. . slippers and toothbrush are available only on request and not given by default. no nearby amenities except for a seven eleven next door.

The hotel front desk was really rude. No service mind and ask us to leave the hotel as she cannot take the feedback on how unprofessional on her behavior. Hotel is ok, but hotel staff is unbelievably worst by far seen in my life.
