1. You need to train your restaurant staff immediately to no lie on non-sense issue.
2. Breakfast Hygiene
3. Cleanliness of in-room pillow especially the big grey one.
4. In-room amenities. If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly.
5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers.
Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your resort.
The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by your staff members exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable.
I would like to specifically recognize Khun Khae, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Super location close to all the best place. Right on the beach and near all the night activities. No need for taxi around just walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have lots of information about activities to do. Breakfast is wonderful and tasty! I recommend to any one visiting Hua Hin I will return from time to time!

無法用語言表達的糟糕，附樓根本不在海邊離酒店需要擺渡車過去在雜草叢生的一棟樓，如果不用品牌也就三星標準。處處都臟都破。1600人民幣得住宿最多價值300。早餐一個餐廳不是自助就一個服務員負責點，負責送。又擠又差。

新舊都不評論，可以所有浴室的水超級的小，根本沒辦法洗澡，有話說話，床還是睡的挺好，可是不會選擇再入住！

洗手間的門不能關上，因為木門殘舊鎖具移位對不上
被子床單有汗臭味非常噁心，懷疑根本沒有換過
然後要求客服更換被子床單
客服直接安排換到最高級別房型，房間大小相同
多了露台和浴缸
但通往露台的門是壞的開不到
露台的桌子舖著灰塵
推斷門已壞了一段時間
浴缸設計古怪
圍著浴缸有凹槽
有水必然順流到地上
熱水壺是兩腳插
相對的插座是英式插座，沒有轉插提供
英式插座有安全設計
不插中間地線孔，下面火線零線孔是鎖著的
熱水壺只能插浴室供電鬚刀用的插座
提供洗衣乾衣機但沒有洗衣粉
服務人員有禮貌
但應該人手不足
