Great value for a nice private villa, you basically have a house house with private pool, modern minimalist interior design, friendly staff and i will def stay again!

The hotel is very beautiful, but the problem is in the hotel management. I sent them several notes regarding the reception and breakfast workers, but there is no change or even a response from the management. I have stayed in this hotel 13 times, and the breakfast is always poor and unappetizing, and the cook is clearly not experienced. The reception workers are some of them, not all of them. Their face is not smiling to the children and customers. Today morning, my child says good morning several times to the lady at the reception, but she does not respond or laugh in his face, which is frustrating for the child.

Hotel locations is a bit remote. All peoples checking in at 3:00pm, too busy for reception. Waiting for long time to check and need to wait for the receptionist to return and send us to room. The bathtub stopper doesn’t work on arrival, need to call for repair. There are some knocking sound from the bathroom behind the wall…..mostly at the night time. The breakfast is good with many options. The server Pop is very helpful with good services. The spa is expensive but the Thai Deep Tissue massage is very good. *** The worth issue is regarding hotel providing a bubble soap and put on top of the bath tower at the bathtub…without any card to mention that need to charge, you may easily believe it is complimentary from hotel. When you check out, the receptionist will tell you it is subject to charge at THB250…..be careful if you are not aware of that tricky part from hotel. (Hotel claimed that the charge was written at the bottom of the bubble soap) ***

It was great for the trip for family or with friends, there are private swimming pool for each room. The food is good as well you can order one per person as well as eat from semi buffet.

There are some dust and hair in the restroom. The location also far from the city. If you haven’t car, it will be inconvenient

Came here many many times and still my favorite hotel in and around Pattaya. As usual many thanks to khun Nine and khun King and khan Kung. Highly recommend this place!!!

Got buggy service to the beach but if you go yourself and wanted the hotel to fetch you just for return, they won't do that for you. Requested for an hour late check out as i waiting for next destination also rejected despite the unit room less occupied at that time.
It's far from central Town and will have to take approximately 30-50mins plus depending on traffic. Surrounding not much things to eat so better get your food before back or dine in there.
Common Pool view just normal being blocked by the trees. Breakfast almost same thing everyday.
Lot mosquito and insects at night. Keep your windows close. No bin on the ground floor/kitchen area.
Plus points, they clean it well the entire units.

Definitely my favourite resort in Pattaya!
The room is spacious and clean. It has a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The only problem is the bathtub water is not warm enough.
I really like the breakfast because it has a variety of choices and everything is really delicious. Big thanks to manager Kwan and your mocktail!
