Preston South (Craven Drive)

Enjoyed the hotel but the lack of a bar meant 5hat no ice or lemon was availble for a drink in the room. Only a local pub to provide drinks

The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, definitely the two ladies who were there for most of our stay. Very clean. Breakfast was nice, although it does get a bit hectic and the poor staff member was run off her feet taking orders and greeting people. The only con seems to be the water pressure. The sink in the bathroom was very drip drippy and the shower wasn't the best, but they're minor things in comparison to the good things! Lovely sleep too. Would definitely stay there again.

We stopped here to break up a long journey up North. We arrived at almost midnight but was still greeted in a warm and friendly manner. Room was very clean and beds were comfy. The room had everything we needed and was one of the best premier inns we have stayed in.

Stayed for work and was in a premier plus room and a standard the second night. Both rooms were fantastic value, plus room had a nespresso machine, mini fridge etc and the decor was slightly nicer however the standard room was almost as nice. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. For the price paid (£70-£113) it was great value for money and up to the standard of a much more expensive hotel. Staff were all very friendly and attentive, never had to wait to speak to anyone. Breakfast is also great, food cooked to order which was hot and fresh with an extensive continental selection alongside it. Only issue is the car park is pretty tight and can get very full unless you arrive early. However I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights to visit family. Rooms have recently been refurbished and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. We had breakfast both days and the food was very good. Although near roads / motorways it was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay again.

I, and my daughter, stayed for 2 nights at this Premier Inn. It certainly looked like it had had a vast refurbishment and looked great from the outside. The reception area was clean and inviting. The room itself was immaculate, looked so fresh and new, the bathroom was amazing. Would definately return

Me and my partner stayed recently, the reception staff were very friendly and the room we stayed in was very modern and clean. Couldn’t ask for more for the price that we payed. The highlight however was the next morning at breakfast. Served by a lovely lady named giovanna who also told me the chef that morning was called Donna, the breakfast and the service was out of this world, and they both couldn’t do enough for us, even tho there was a few people there they managed to find time for every single one of us. Well done ladies you really topped off a very lovely stay! We will definitely be back 💛

Just awful. We booked a triple room but were checked in a double room so reception changed our room to another double room with a single bed. Of course I had to make my own bed as housekeeping did not prepare the room. I was given the linen by the receptionist and was asked to make my own bed after paying £200. The keys were clearly cut for 1 day and had to go down to reception every day because they didn’t work (key was away from our phones despite them telling us that keys weren’t working because they must have been close to our phones) Lovely surprise in the morning when getting ready - only 1 towel in the bathroom so we had to go down reception to ask for another

I stayed in a Premier Plus room which was worth the extra in comparison to other Premier Inn standard rooms I have stayed in elsewhere. The room was spacious and comfortable with extra facilities (coffee machine, water, iron/ironing board), modern clean bathroom with lovely toiletries. There was free parking directly outside and the hotel is located close to the M6. There is a Sainsbury’s just across the road which is handy for refuelling (petrol or food!) before you head back on the motorway. The staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was quiet meaning a good nights sleep. Perfect!
