The photos of the property are better than the real thing. If you stay there make sure it's on the first block where the photos have been taken. We were placed at back where the corridors are horrible. Inside room ok, good view and nice facilities.The breakfast was really good. Porters very friendly, reception staff cold and unmotivated. Extra fees for parking.

Overall great place… very clean and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the inside hot pool and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The only thing is the Wifi in the rooms was lousy.. did not work.

HOTEL BEM VENHO . AO LADO MEU QUARTO TINHA UM DEPOSITO COM UM MONTE DE CAMAS VENHAS A PORTA DESSE DEPOSITO FICAVA O TEMPO TODO ABERTA. TRAVESSEIRO MUCHOS TEM QUE UNS 3 PARA FICAR RAZOAVEL. MAIS O PIOR DE TUDO.... FIZEMOS NOSSA RESERVA PELO SITE 123 MILIHAS PORÉM OUVE UM ATRASO NO VOO, QUANDO CHEGAMOS TINHAM CANCELADO A NOSSA RESERVA QUE JÁ ESTAVA PAGA COBRARAM NOVAMENTE, TRANSTORNO TOTAL ATENDIMENTO MUITO DIFERENTE DO HOTEL MERCURY. ATÉ A PRESENTE DATA NÃO CONSEGUI RESSARCIMENTO DO SITE POIS ALEGAM TER REPASSADO O VALOR AO HOTEL E O HOTEL DIZ QUE ESTA NO DIREITO DE CANCELAR SE NÃO CHEGAR NO HORARIO. INDEPENDENTE DA HORA QUE EU CHEGAR JÁ PAGUEI NO MEU VER NÃO PODERIA TER FEITO TAMANHA MALDADE. LAMENTAVEL POIS NÃO FIDELIZAM O CLIENTE NO 05/12 ESTAREI INDO PARA BALNEARIO E SE POSSIVEL NÃO PASSAREI NEM NA PORTA PARA NÃO LEMBRAR DA TAMANHA HUMILHAÇÃO. POSITIVO O ATENDIMENTO DO COLABORADOR BRAULIO MUITO ATENCIOSO E SIMPATICO MEU FILHO SE AMARROU NELE. O RESTAURANTE QUE É TERCEIRIZADO TAMBÉM É BOM !!

The hotel is located in a great area right across the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and bars! When it comes to the interior of the hotel, it definitely needs some work! Some of the previous reviews prior to mine from several years ago stated that the hotel needed some upgrades and you'd think they did that after several years...seems like it did not happen. The room that was originally booked was absolutely below average from the description. Was given a room on the first floor right next to the elevator corridors where you could hear everyone walking, the sink was clogged, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and the room itself was so uncomfortable to just be inside, it felt so dark and dreary. We ended up upgrading to a room facing the beach on the third floor. It was definitely better but not superb. Bathrooms are old and sinks in both units we stayed in really need some attention as it clogs up fast! The breakfast buffet was great and staff were accommodating. Other than that, I probably would opt for a different hotel next time.

Todos muito gentis e atenciosos, destaque para o garçon Gilberto que nos atendeu com excelência ! Desde a recepção até ao restaurante . Ficamos maravilhados com o amor e carinho que os colaboradores do Hotel marambaia nos recepcionaram. Obrigado!

Café da manhã delicioso e variado. Quarto limpo, bem organizado! A organização do hotel é ótima. Fomos em dias chuvosos mas a parte de lazer do hotel não deixou a desejar! Ah, fora que a localização do hotel é ótima, conseguimos ir na roda gigante a pé! Com certeza voltaria.

Ótima localização, café da manhã excelente, funcionários com atendimento excepcional, em especial ao Braulio. Quarto bem equipado com ar condicionado, secador de cabelo, frigobar e tudo que foi necessário para nossa estadia. Tudo maravilhoso, voltarei com certeza.
