The only negative of this hotel was a very weak WIFI!

O hotel tem boa estrutura, parece novo. A acústica é muito ruim, dá pra escutar tudo o que se fala do lado de fora do quarto, no corredor, e tão fui acordada todos os dias com Conversas no corredor. No quarto o blackout não escurece, fica bem claro de manhã. No banheiro a pia é pequena e sem bancada. O café da manhã é ok, muitos bolos e pães. Omelete se paga a parte e tapioca não existe. Comi no restaurante do hotel praticamente todos os dias, mais por conveniência. Macarrão à bolonhesa uma delícia, R$49… a piscina não é aquecida mas é legal. Sao 2. Uma no 2o andar se onde se vê a praia. Fica um pouco longe de Camboriú por outro lado é mais calmo.

O lugar eh maravilhoso e a localização da pousada eh muito priveligiada. A proposta eh incrível, atendimento do pessoal da recepção e restaurantes são realmente super bons. Mas acredito que deva ser revisto a parte de lavanderia e limpeza dos quartos! Não podemos aceitar nesse padrão de hotel, roupa de cama com cheiro de roupa que não secou corretamente e o uso de pano de chão na limpeza do quarto, com o mesmo cheiro ruim! Eh uma pena, que caso não tivesse esse detalhe, eu daria nota máxima em tudo!

Hotel excelente a suíte super confortável, só acho que o restaurante deveria deveria colocar um pouquinho mais de tempero na comida, pedimos risoto de camarão veio duro e praticamente sem sal, mas em relação ao hotel não tenho que reclamar

Nos hospedamos neste hotel 1 a 2 vezes no ano. Porém essa última experiência não foi muito agradável no quesito serviço e limpeza. O hotel como o todo extremamente sujo, todos os dias no café tinha pratos, xícaras e talheres sujos. Os móveis que eram em vidro do espaço café estavam imundos. A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar também infelizmente. No quesito serviço, senti os profissionais despreparados e o buffet do café muito fraco, desorganizado e sujo.

Hotel de frente para mar, praia de água clara e mar agitado, perigoso para mergulho! Mas ótimo para caminhar pelas areias e tomar sol, conhecer bares e restaurante da orla. A cozinha do hotel tem uma cozinha excelente!!!

O local é agradabilíssimo, mesmo com frio e chuva!
As instalações são ótimas, espaçosas, limpas.
A equipe é extremamente atenciosa.
A academia divide o espaço com brinquedos de criança, muito bom para dias frios. Tem uma esteira, uma bicilceta e um transfer. Como não tem aparelhos para musculação, seria interessante colocar pesos de 2kg, 3 e 4kg. ( ocupam menos espaço )
