주차장뷰 악취나는 하수구방을 주었네요.
기분이 너무 나빳으나 사과 받고 방을 옮겨 주네요
조심하십시오 하수구 주차장뷰 방은 사전 기념일을 요청한
사람들에게 우선 제공되는거 같습니다.

非常滿意，整體服務都好，早餐也好吃，周邊很熱鬧離機場也不遠，環境衞生都很好還有一個陽台坐着吹吹風非常舒服！

性價比極高的酒店。房間衛生，服務，位置市中心，都非常好。酒店隔壁有一大型商場，對出就是Kuta beach, 令日常娛樂及用膳都非常方便及多選擇。我第一次來峇里島，第一次入住這酒店，令我很非常滿意。

The super friendly staff made the stay delightful and enjoyable. The facilities of the hotel left very much to be desired. The room was pleasant but dated. The hotel was under renovation though thankfully we didn’t hear any noise - most likely because it was a whole week of holiday for the locals. The pool was small. The BBQ dinner we had was overpriced for the food they were serving. But as I mentioned, the friendly staff made up for the imperfections.

離海灘很近，沖浪完直接回酒店很方便。酒店出來就是商場，吃飯的地方也不少。酒店還有游泳池和小健身房，就是格局有點怪，去房間要繞一大圈子。

Resort was quite big and located nicely at kuta beach.
Staff was supportive and rooms were clean.
Breakfast options were limited, we had to order one day in advance for some specific request which is not that convinient..

This was my first time staying at this location of the Sheraton. Every single minute of our stay was absolutely incredible. Anggi checked us in and was so friendly and hospitable, she really has a very warm presence and is in the best position in front of house greeting new guests.
Our room was not ready, and when it was, Anggi promptly contacted me on WhatsApp, and when we got to the room, our luggage was already in there, which was very convenient.
The breakfast service is impeccable. The staff always greet you by name and and are very helpful in getting your coffee and food orders. We enjoyed sundowners at the rooftop bar as well as the happy hour in the pool. Service was always great. Everything was always fresh, well-made and delicious. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall which is so convenient and also is directly across from the Kuta beach. This road does get insanely busy and traffic is an issue, however, this hotel and staff hospitality more than makes up for it.
Highly recommend this hotel.
When I go back to Kuta, I will definitely stay here again.
