房間很大，環境也很好很乾凈，就是不適合親子，沒有滑梯，也沒有挖沙工具，優點沙灘很乾凈可以抓小螃蟹還可以

酒店很好看、不過無意間發現就是這家發生的峇里島中國情侶命案、開放式沙灘酒店任何人都可以直接從沙灘走到酒店裡閑逛、所以大家一定要鎖好陽台門哦～

整體偏老舊，勝在地理位置好，適合看落日，調酒也一般。

Stay for 3 nights here - Its a huge resort, in front of Jimbaran beach; it location is good too, close to shops and good eating places - however, bit disappointed with their services; check in, waiting for approx 20 mins and no one direct us nor help, for this calibre of resort, we expected more, for sure. Moreover, the reservation lady told us that she will “help” us with the membership but till our checkout time, no one follow it up with us🤔; breakfast was good, many foods options; their servers are friendly but their foods stations staff were not - no smile, no “how are you” nor any basic greetings, definitely need to be improved.

I and my friends celebrated my birthday at the hotel. They upgraded my room to a better one. I complained to the staff about the increased humidity and they promptly installed a special device that normalized the humidity in the room and made it very comfortable. amazing service. I am delighted. I highly recommend this hotel Breakfast and food in general in the hotel restaurants are good. there is also a tennis court and it is very good for a stay at the hotel for a few days

Very very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

酒店環境很好，有自己的沙灘，出行很方便。小朋友很喜歡他們的泳池，點杯飲料坐在泳池的bar裏，很愜意。另外這裏看日落的位置也很好，躺在躺椅上，或者在沙灘旁的bar裏點上吃的喝的靜靜欣賞日落

環境很好，臨海，泳池很多很大。傍晚可以去海邊看日落，很美。酒店裡的活動也很多，很適合泡在酒店。服務很好，酒店工作人員都很熱情。酒店裡的SPA體驗也很好。總之是非常愉快的體驗。

酒店給升級房間了。但是尷尬的就是樓上的住客大半夜的挪傢俱小孩子來回跑。住的房間是club但是所有club的服務用不了，泳池不能用泳池邊上也不能點飲料…但是服務人員都特別熱情。餐食也都非常美味。
