Weda Cita Resort and Spa by Mahaputra

We had the best stay at Weda Cita, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were celebrating my partners 30th birthday and they pulled out all the stops. Nothing was too much for them, breakfast was lovely, room service for dinner was very yummy! Room was modern and comfortable, bathroom was very spacious and clean. We used the spa facilities too and got a great offer for a full body massage and head massage which was amazing!! The pool facilities and sun beds were very comfortable and always plenty of space! The location is good, if you are up for walking it’s around a 30 minute walk to the centre of Ubud. It was very warm but we enjoyed stretching our legs. The hotel were able to help us book taxis to get to all of the sites and were on hand whilst we were out and about if we needed help to get back. Couldn’t recommend them enough! We hope to come back soon! Thank you so much for the best time in Ubud! Special mention to Dewi and Indah for everyone you helped us with!!

OMG! The hotel, the lobby, the room, the area is so lovely, relaxing. Room is spacious, bath, it has a balcony to enjoy the view. Rooftop area for yoga. Food is delicious! All the staff is amazing and caring! Big Thank You to Indah!!! She is so friendly, she made our stay memorable and arranged special surprise for my husband's birthday :) !

The hotel is clean and very tranquil. The pool area is very relaxing and quiet. The restaurant has lovely food and all the staff are so friendly and kind. They even brought out a birthday cake for my partners birthday the day we were leaving which was so thoughtful. The location is fab for Ubud just a short taxi ride away to all the shops/ restaurants around monkey forest or a 20/30 minute walk. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing bath and shower and the bed was sooo comfy. Overall a lovely hotel.

Had a lovely couple of days staying here, the staff were all helpful, polite & happy. Rooms were clean,spacious and very beautiful, beds comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. The small pool was cool and refreshing also very peaceful, food was great. The included breakfast had a good choice on top of the basket of breads & pastries and fruit plater. we did find out however you couldn’t mix and match for example couldn’t have a potato rosti as an extra and there was only one coffee pp. Location was a little out of town which we didn’t mind it was nice and quiet at night just a short grab ride away, as in a previous review it only lacks a bar, it did serve beer but had no gin or vodka and was served at the restaurant. One evening went there had a beer before going into town but could only have one as they’d ran out at 6pm, drinks by the pool weren’t a thing either. As I said this is a stunning hotel and if you don’t drink you can’t go wrong but if you like more than one “bloody cold beer” either by the awesome cold pool or at the restaurant this isn’t for you. Enjoyed my stay but wouldn’t stay again real shame, everything else was perfect.

Had a great honeymoon at this place and was top notch! Great experience. Excellent service and great location. Clean and tidy accommodation with a great view of the pool and surrounding areas. If you're looking for somewhere tranquil, stunning and the best views, then this is the place to come! The room is so beautiful and luxurious and the breakfast set me up for the whole day! The staff are so happy to help you and even recommended an amazing restaurant for me to go to which was incredible. The only downside is there is not a lot of to do here in the evening, no bar and its a little bit away from the centre so potentially not walkable (defo not for a solo female) but the place definitely makes up for it. I did the yoga which was free in the morning and it was just me so I got a one to one experience on the roof top - perfect start to the day! The pool is stunning and relaxing and you feel like you are in the middle of the jungle.
