Well maintained property. Room floors were squeaky clean. Toilet was spotless and water was clean! Pool was super clean too. Breakfast had a great variety of local and western. Staff was quick to respond. Great great stay, will definitely return if we are ever back in town!

We had a lovely 4nights stay at this hotel. The rooms are larger than most hotels with a great pool view. Rooms are clean, very comfortable. We arrived close to midnight starving and thankfully there was 24hr room service for food. The buffet breakfast, while not a huge spread, is of sufficient variety and quality for us :) Remember to order bacon from the staff as it is not on display. The hotel staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the spa was excellent (Rosi & Anggi) - we went twice and they were kind enough to accede to our appt even after 8pm.
Location wise, there is the popular Naughty Nuri right across the street though it is a very busy street to cross. There are also many other food options and convenience stores about 10mins walk, including the night market Pasar Sindhu (try the roti panggang and martabak!). We did a day trip to Nusa Penida and the port is just a 10min drive away.
Would definitely come back here again for vacation!

The Hotel is normal but clean.
There are rooms for improvement
1. The bathroom water will flood in the shower
2. Call for room keeping or reception no one answer
3. The food serve in restaurant is pretty could be improve.
4. The music played in the lobby restaurant and general area is too loud and irritating
But amenities and facilities seem great for the hotel

We stayed here for two nights having travelled back from Gili T to Sanur. We wanted to do a day trip to Nusa Penida from Sanur and this was the main reason for us booking this hotel. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. The location was fine for what we wanted and had a number of nice restaurants nearby. The only issue is that the hotel is on a main road so if you are wanting to walk anywhere, which we normally do, you have to dodge quite a bit of traffic. As for our stay it was good without any major issues. The staff were helpful and we didn’t have to wait long if we requested new towels or more toiletries. One main detractor for us was we requested an iron on more than one occasion only to be told this was not available. We understand perhaps not having an iron in the room but for a 4 star hotel this should definitely be available on request. Nonetheless, the rooms were very nice and we’d most likely stay here again if we were in the area.
