Pratama House

This is our first time in Bali and was so glad we stayed here while in ubud, it close enough for Main Street and things to see but just far enough to give you the feeling of total peace and tranquility. And there is a really tasty tiny restaurant (sekar sari kitchen) about 50yds down the hill for nights when you want good food but can’t be bothered to go far. Everything here is spotlessly clean and the host are super friendly nice people and one really good point was shower…..hot and powerful which is sometimes hard to find. Will definitely stay here again if we return to ubud on our travels and would highly recommend !!!!

I've stayed at Pratama a number of times previously,and return because I like it so much, and Gusti and Ayu are such nice people, very friendly and helpful. It's a traditional Balinese homestay, rooms in the family compound. I've put up quite a few reviews here and on booking dot com and can testify to the pleasantness of the place. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable, aircon very efficient, wifi fast and reliable, bathroom functional. It is all so good, and I have nothing even close to bad to say. I'm looking forward to my next stay at Pratama, hopefully around Christmas.

We come hete from the beginning.the owners, our friends, make our stay always feel like coming home. The rooms are clean, spacious with big comfortable beds. The neighborhood is still quiet. Yet easy acces to all the hustle and bustle. Over the years jalan Sandat got dome nice warungs. Laundry is on the corner which is very convenient. Like i started we always come back.

We came back after the pandemic to Ubud, And enjoyed every second of our stay. Super cosy courtyard with temple, and adjacent rooms, spotless cleaned by Gusti our host. We defined will return as we felt totally at home with a very nice family taking care of us. We loved the cakes and bread of Ayu who runs a bakery with mouthwatering local products. Very much recommendable & amazing value for money. I would say: best kept secret of Ubud!
