I booked rooms through their official website, and it was written on the room details page to provide a king bed room, but the actual situation is that if you need a king bed room, you need additional notes. The information on their room details page misled me, but the manager said that this was my fault, which made me angry. It was the only thing I was dissatisfied with the hotel. The scenery is beautiful and the environment is clean.酒店官网的信息写明了提供a king bed room，但是我们最后得到了2张1.2米左右的双床房，我觉得这个信息误导了我，是酒店的问题，但是经理说这都是我的错。景色很漂亮，房间很干净，环境宁静，服务员们都微笑服务很热情，但是我只能给三星，因为这种把责任都给到顾客的行为让我很失望。

Hidden gem. Came here first time when they opened and everytime I'm in Bali I come and visit. The atmosphere and peacefulness of the place is a rarity nowadays in Bali. No traffic, no loud music. The food is great, the view is amazing and the owner Sebastiano it's such a great personality. Best place in Bali for me!

Jungle view rooms do not have a jungle view like pictures the property provided. I complained to the manager and he answered "different position, different view" which means you are very unlikely to get the room on the pictures. The property offered me to upgrade(?) to a CHEAPER room with a rice field view without an extra charge. The problem was that the rice was just harvested and there was nothing but muds. This property should not post wrong pictures to allure people. They are lying with pictures. When I pointed out that the actual room is different from the pictures, they rather insulted me and refused to do anything. Once they collected my money, no service and no refund were provided. After all, I was robbed by a bandit, which is called Suarapura Resort and Spa, in a jungle. I would not come back to Indonesia again.

Suarapura Resort and Spa posts gorgeous pictures on reservation websites. Do not even dream of getting a room like the pictures. According to Sabastiano who claims that he is the manager, there are a building between rooms with a jungle view and the jungle. If you are going to book a room with a jungle view, be prepared to watch a building, not the jungle. I was fooled by their pictures and made a reservation. As soon as my credit card transaction was approved, I was informed that the room which would be assigned to me does not have a view. I therefore asked to cancel the transaction without any cancellation fees. At first, the manager agreed to cancel my reservation without cancellation fees. In a few hours, the manager changed his words and decided to charge cancellation fees. The manager asked me to come to Suarapura Resort and Spa on July 17th and get a partial refund. On July 17th, the manager finally refused to refund. If he is a decent human being, this cannot not be done. I advise you to stay away from this kind of people.

Un hotel acogedor y muy especial con vistas a un precioso arrozal. En plena naturaleza y con los sonidos de la selva, Suarapura ha sido una de las mejores elecciones que hemos hecho. Habitación y baño grandes, sencillos y sin grandes pretensiones, dejando todo el protagonismo a los campos de arroz que se encuentran frente al hotel. Cama súper cómoda. Limpieza estupenda. Desayuno delicioso con fruta fresca, y algunas opciones a la carta, perfectamente ejecutadas (el mejor nasi goreng y mie goreng que hemos comido hasta ahora). En cuanto a la ubicación, a unos 20/30 min en coche de Ubud centro, perfecto punto para hacer varias excursiones al norte sin sufrir los atascos de Ubud. Por último la piscina, con vistas al arrozal, estupenda para desconectar.

Che dire tutto perfetto. Location fantastica abbiamo alloggiato nella villa Damai con una vista sulle risaie da lasciare senza fiato. Camera bellissima. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. Sebastiano gentile padrone di casa pieno di attenzioni e ottimi suggerimenti. Il suo personale sempre gentile e sorridente.Dista 30 minuti dalla caotica Ubud ma vicinissima alle risaie al vulcano Batur e ad un percorso con le acque sacre Indù raggiungibile e piedi. Consigliatissimo!

Vista pazzesca, posizione strategica, servizio impeccabile, pulizia, semplicità e disponibilita. Camere curate e spaziose. Sebastiano, owner del Resort, è sempre disponibile. Infinity pool con vista da bruvidi! Must stay in Ubud! Consigliatissimo!!!
