Prima verblijf! Mooie grote kamer met kleine keuken.
BVN televisie. Heet douchewater. Ontbijt: keuze Indi of Englisch breakfast.

Het personeel van de receptie en het restaurant was erg aardig.
Er was een magnetron in de kamer, wat handig was.
Er was een zwembad aan de voorkant van de kamer, waar we erg van genoten.

Very nice place. Big spacious rooms. Great servuce and staff. Breakfast not included, and the restaurant is not the best, so would go elswhere. Otherwise, higly recommended.

In 2013 zijn wij hier voor de eerste keer geweest. Ons vierde bezoek heeft ons niet teleurgesteld. De eerste periode :Mooie luxe kamer. Keuken, grote badkamer, fijne stoelen binnen en buiten. Kamers rond het zwembad. De t****e periode hebben een villa met privé zwembad gehad. Heerlijk. Prima keuze ontbijt. Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. We komen zeker terug. Anja, Shanti, Putu en Wayan bedankt.

Booked for 9 night stayed 5, only because could not find anything sooner, firstly let me say the staff at this property do deserve better from management. Management comes twice a week to sit for couple hours drinking coffee and pays no notice to customers. Now for the bad bits, booked one bedroom villa with pool, arrived late at night to a dark mouldy-smelling room with poor dirty toilet facilities. a very old dated room with holes in the floor in several areas. The pool was of no good with no sunlight reaching it at all and one lounger only. When addressed with theses issues the staff to their determination gave it the best to clean the facility but still had toilet marks on the seat area. As for the holes in the-floor we had to move furniture to cover these for the time we were there Finally the best part was cockroaches in the room. We found several over our 5night stay Main pool area was closed of due to construction work which we also not made aware of and was suitable to use Again it a case of company taking booking and people’s monies and not caring about what they recieve

The one bedroom private villa was our favourite part of our stay in Sanur. The pool was incredible, and so much space to relax and unwind. Huge bath in the bathroom and in a great location that was an easy walk to shopping, massages and the beach. Would definitely stay again!
