Отель находится в хорошем районе, рядом много кафе, супермаркет, тропа художников. От него недалеко до рисовых полей, водопадов и зоопарка.
В комнате чисто, место тихое. Утром завтрак можно заказать на выбор. Есть ванна и горячая вода. Единственная просьба отельерам организовать вешалку для одежды, потому что пришлось для этого использовать вентилятор, в комнате даже крючка нет. Других минусов нет, поэтому отель для короткой остановки в Убуде рекомендую.

Милые хозяева, вкусный завтрак, у них есть меню на выбор!❤️ Идеальное место расположения!)) Комнаика маленькая, но на пару ночей это то, что нужно🫶

A really special place. we stayed here in 2020 and again in 2024 and could not have been happier with our stay. The morning breakfast is incredible, the Praety family are so kind and helpful, the vibe is laidback and location a convenient walk to the Ubud centre.

Really sweet homestay. The owner family was so kind. Breakfast was amazing. Location was good.
They offer airport pickup, which I highly recommend using. Otherwise verify the address before coming because there are two different locations Praety and Praety 2

A very quiet and relaxing stay with exceptional service. Wayan, his family and staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were "enak" delicious!
Very close to all amenities and a very safe community.

We stayed at Praety home stay when we were visiting Ubud to go to yoga barn & the Monkey forest. (It’s an easy walk to Yoga barn but not so close to the monkey forest). We didn’t expect a lot as the price we paid was so low, however the family were friendly & accommodating & we had a lovely stay! The rooms were kept clean & well maintained & the property had a traditional Balinese vibe which was lovely. The breakfast was free & also really really good! The coconut & banana crepe was amazing! I ended up having it every day once I’d tried it & I don’t tend to like sweet things for breakfast or have the same thing repeatedly but it really was that good! We’d love to come back here when we’re next in Bali!

Praety Homestay 2 is a quiet and relaxing place to unwind but still close enough for banking, shopping and to experience all Bali has to offer. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are well cared for and guests are afforded their privacy. Serene surroundings for travelers enjoying simplicity. I highly recommend.

This was a lovely stay! The design of the doors and windows are so unique with handmade details. Room is clean, cute and comfortable. It is situated on a quieter road with more local eateries near. About a 5 min bike taxi to main streets. Shower was a bit of a low stream and not always hot water but aside from that the family is so sweet hosting the stay and the stay was great with breakfast included daily! There are only 2 rooms available at this unique stay so book quickly ahead :)

On the one hand, a really nice atmosphere, a small price and a fantastic very nicely presented breakfast. On the other hand, the lack of hot water. A good impression was spoiled by the owner at the end of the stay - he started asking for more money than was in the order. Kind of blackmail accompanied by a series of lies - if you liked it, pay more... I felt unpleasant. A deal is a deal.
