Bali Rich Villas

Er is helemaal geen beheer. De keuken wordt niet gebruikt, dus er zijn veel muggen, en de koffiepot is zo vies dat je geen water kunt koken. Maar de foto's zien er geweldig uit

Needed a place to stay for the afternoon before catching a flight for the afternoon so I looked for the cheapest villa with private pool around me and ended up there. So laughable...worst place I ever stayed at. I thought it was a hidden camera show at first 🤣 Everything is completely decaying, like Chernobyl decaying, like a dead town. Holes in the floor, rubbish everywhere, grass not cut, dirty bathroom. There were two staff lying by the pool of my villa, smoking cigarettes when I took the villa 🤣🤣🤣 No idea how this place is still open and operating

Location wise is ok. Need more improvements to increase the cleanliness and provide more amenities (drinking water, hair dryer, etc.)

Hugely disappointed upon arrival. Room is not like in the pictures. What a wasted opportunity as the villa is actually beautiful but just no longer maintained and clean.

The worst hotel ever! Dirty, old, the photos are fake and photoshop. We were disappointed and left it the next day, nobody returned money for the rest days though we tried. I guess the place is about to shut down and the owner doesn’t care about the image and reputation of the place but just to make extra easy money before closing(

BAD EXPERIENCE STAY HERE, KULKAS GA ADA, kamar mandi kran nya bocor, kompor ga bener, semua ga ada yg bener deh MENDING JANGAN STAY DSINI kata gua mah 🥲🥲 karyawan judes semua kaya males 😂

大堂昏暗，登記入住就一個工作人員，平價原因就是別墅殘舊，優点就是地方寬闊，泳池夠大。

Pillow cases were grey not white and stained, no aircon in one of the villa rooms - to top it off the power in the villa with the aircon that 5 of us crammed into for a night cut off at 2am and wasn’t fixed until after 2pm but yet still no aircon - the manager refused to move us villas or give us a refund. We left to endure our children were comfortable

Absolutely disgusted. Got off our flight and arrived at the villas, only to be met with the reception being all mouldy and furniture piled up everywhere. The second we walked into the villa we were horrified. The walls were rotting, the couches were both covered in stains. Went to sit on the bed, only to see stains and dirt all over them. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling which was dripping on the floor, the toilet didn’t flush, the bath was mouldy as well as the shower. My partner and I went to the reception to complain, who then put us on the phone to the manager who told us there was nothing he could do, and wouldn’t provide us with a refund and wouldn’t provide reason for it. he said that for 2 days we would have to stay in that villa, and then we would be moved to another villa. when we asked if that villa would be well maintained he couldn’t give an answer. we went back to the villa to figure out what to do, where the staff the changed our sheets, which were replaced with even more dirty sheets. all the staff could say was that the villas are old and run down and there was nothing they could do. overall, if i could give this zero stars i would. the whole experience was horrible. we ended up leaving after an hour and staying in a much nicer place for much the same price. DO NOT stay here. not at all worth the money, and the photos online DO NOT match what is in person
