De kamer was extreem klein, erg deprimerend om in te wonen, en de decoratie rook sterk. De prijs is nog steeds erg duur. Het was een vakantie toen ik er verbleef. De eenpersoonskamer was slechts ongeveer een dozijn vierkante meter en kostte meer dan 700 per nacht. De prijs/prestatieverhouding was erg laag. Het was vergelijkbaar met gewone zakenhotels in China. Het was slechts 200-300 per nacht waard. Het was duizenden duurder dan alle anderen. Ga niet

They upgraded us to the Bigger room, That’s was quite surprised and satisfied as well. The Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is enjoyable with the environment. Good place to stay if you’re on a budget and love cozy & super clean room ＜3

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was just a stone's throw from the beach and walking distance from some wonderful places to eat and convenient modern shopping malls.. The staff were all friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived and had a charming cool vibe about them and the place. I would happily stay here again if I was going to stay for longer in Bali and use it as a base from which to explore further afield

Excellent location. The reception was helpful and professional. All staff members were friendly. Always wore a smile that made guests feel good every minute. The room was well furnished. A lot of vibes at the rooftop pub. A value-for-money choice for solo travellers.

A 5 star rating is for the General Manager of this hotel. He was quite responsive to the guests' email. I can tell he always did his best to cater to guests. He even upgraded our room for free, which was very kind of him :) Another 5 star rating is for the guy at the reception on Sunday night as he was very friendly and hospitable. He always wore a big smile on his face. Our room was new and clean. An iron was provided and the ironing board was already set up upon our arrival. We got a nice goody bag with snacks as well :) We grabbed a lunch at the hotel restaurant (i.e. Street 32) on the last day of our stay. When it comes to the food quality, it depends on what sort of food you order. We ordered 'Mac n Cheese' (braised beef ragout) and Tori Katsu ramen. The former one was pretty good but the latter one was way too salty, especially the egg. It was very salty to the extent that I couldn't finish the whole dish. On the last day of our stay, we had asked the receptionists to book a taxi for us cos we would go to the airport and they did. We had enjoyed our stay at the hotel UNTIL we were checking out at the reception. Whilst we were checking out of the hotel, a female receptionist asked us whether we had used the mini bar. We answered 'no'. Then, the receptionist told us to wait for 5 minutes cos she had to ask her colleague to go to our room and ensure that we did not use the mini bar! WHAT?!! Apparently she didn't believe us! To be honest, never had I experienced something like this at other hotels! What's even worse, our taxi driver had already arrived whilst we were waiting for the staff to check the mini bar in our room. This just ruined our stay at this hotel! IMHO, guests always want faster and smoother checkout. So please save your team time and speed things up for your guests.

Stayed one night for „in between“. Very friendly service, nice, silent and clean room. Breakfast also very nice. I recommend!

Staff arrange late checkout so that i can sleep longer for my evening flight

So far the best hotel at Kuta area and rooms are very new and clean . Location is great and staff very friendly . Customised breakfast is available and special thanks to Intan front desk and Astri for helping to coordinate special request on breakfast on 22Apr. Definitely will come back to stay at your property again . Rooms exactly as what is shown on website too.
