Zeer mooi hotel, slechts één ding om te klagen is dat de waterdruk niet zo sterk is voor de douche.

Het resort ligt in het bos, het personeel is goed opgeleid en erg aardig, het ontbijt is goed. Elk uur een shuttlebus naar het centrum van Ubud. Best veel insecten (wat begrijpelijk is gezien het feit dat het in het bos zit), wees er klaar voor

We verbleven 4 dagen in Udaya Resorts en deze jongens zijn geweldig! Stav is uiterst behulpzaam bij het regelen van afspraken, het boeken van een pendelbus naar het stadscentrum en het delen van informatie. Kamer was ruim, schoon en met privé zwembad aan de zijkant. Beveel ten zeerste aan om in het Udaya-resort te verblijven voor uw verblijf op Bali.

One the best resorts i have ever stayed. Amazing stuff, great food. Highly recommended. Breakfast was just perfect. It was not noisy at all like other resorts. Thanks to Udaya team.

Though the resort is in tranquil surrounding,
it’s located in the center of Ubud and very convenient to get around all the attractions near Ubud. It’s just 10 mins drive. Customer service is also satisfactory & all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Want to recommend about the traditional Balinese massage at their Spa that it can take all our body strain and tiredness away from us and very relaxing. It’s definitely worth a try. We ordered some food from the restaurant for our dinner and it made us satisfied with the taste. 100% recommended! 👍

我們前一晚都是入住了這裏，但前一晚沒有複式的，所以入住了泳池的。我們這兩晚都是晚上入住。
但經驗很糟糕 由大堂我們要走很多石級 走很遠路才到房間☹️☹️☹️而且一路都非常暗 沒有明亮的照明 開了手機電筒還很暗，而且下完雨，路非常滑，很危險👎🏻👎🏻
遊玩了一天還要走這些路 真的太累了，而且第二晚還沒有職員帶我們去新的房間，要我們自己找☹️☹️we even get lost here! 最基本的酒店服務都沒有！
回到房間也是非常暗，就算開了所有燈也很暗！泳池沒有照明，所以兩晚的泳池都浪費了，只有早上的飄浮早餐使用了。
房間非常多昆蟲 我們床都沒有動過，一看上面就有一隻死了的昆蟲 這是酒店送的見面禮嗎🤢🤢非常噁心 此外，房間內還有很多昆蟲，飛蛾 青蛙😭😭😭這是我住過最差的酒店！
而且房間距離個對面的房間很近，房間泳池的一舉一動都能被對面看清😭當時我穿著泳衣在泳池 突然對面露台走出一個男人 在操控無人機！看得一清二楚！
只有早餐是豐富的
