Poppies Bali

Ongeacht hoeveel jaren er verstrijken Het voelt alsof het er altijd is, op mij wacht Niet alleen de binnenkant van het huisje, maar ook de tuin en het zwembad, slechts één stap door de mooie poort en je bevindt je in een afgelegen Wonderland. Wat klanten die na jaren terugkomen het gevoel geeft dat er niets veranderd is, is: Dat lukt niet met halfslachtig onderhoud. Ik heb grote bewondering voor de toewijding van het personeel. Hartelijk dank

너무예쁘고 너무 친절했어요. 면세점들렸다가 봉투에 여권을 함께뒀는데 그봉투째로 택시에두고내렸었어요. 근데 호텔직원이 오토바이타고 따라가주셨어요. 물론 택시는 놓쳤었구 새벽6시에 다시도와준다고 미안하다하더라구요. 제가 잘못 한거였는데.. 결국 친절한 택시기사님이 쇼핑백들고 다시 와줬어서 찾았지만, 호텔직원분께 너무 감사했어요. 또, 수영장 너무 예뻤구 객실은 클래식했는데, 알고보니 그지역에서 제일 오래된 숙박업소래요. 그럼에도 불구하고 아주 훌륭했습니다. 아침마다 바나나를 방앞 테이블에 새로 세팅해주시더라구여.. 안먹는건데.. 또 조식은 왜이리맛있는지.. 고양이는 왜이리 강아지같은지.. 모든게 마음에들었습니다. 걸어서 5분거리에 시장있구여.. 걸어서10분거리에 꾸따비치있구여. 골목방향만 다르게가도 펍이나 음식점 많구여. 입구나와서2분거리에 Atm있어요 다음에 또 방문할기회가있으면 좋겠어요. 그럼 거기 직원 선물 사갈거에여♡__♡

環境很好，花園式酒店，衹有20套平房木屋，性價比高，早餐豐盛，就是在花園裡麪小蟲子會多一點，房間裏倒是沒有蚊蟲。

小院子很美，早餐好吃，床睡着挺舒服不軟

這家酒店位置非常好，離庫塔海灘很近。環境很有熱帶風情。自家餐廳就在附近，也很美，早餐很豐富。

環境優美，鬧中取靜，離沙灘步行距離，周邊飯店也蠻多的

Poppies Bali was an amazing experience from start to finish.Once we were taken to this hidden oasis behind a high stone wall we were wide eyed at the beauty of this hotel of surprises and the total quietness.You are escorted to your bungalow on a winding path that crosses over a lovely pond through what can only be described as luscious gardens in every direction.Once you are in your Balinese traditional accomodation you will be nothing but pleased with what is before you.A high peaked thatched roof and furnished beautifully with the most comfy bed and to top it off an incredible totally private outdoor bathroom.Every bungalow has its own front porch and is secluded from your nearby neighbours giving the impression you are the only people there.Breakfast can be delivered to your room or you can take the option of going to their poppies restaurent which is just outside the front gate.Restaurent is also a must do for dinner with its soft lighting and amazing gardens. Menu is extensive and the food is of highest quality and friendly service from the staff who give you the feeling that you are a special guest.The swimming pool is one of the best we have seen on all our bali holidays and food and drinks can be ordered poolside and delivered to your place of relaxation to enjoy yet again surrounded by a tropical garden. Also walking distance of 5 min to beach and surrounded by all the attractions such as shopping and restaurents.10 out of 10 for this holiday experience.

Poppies was unfortunately not for us but may suit other travellers to Bali. Free transport to the airport was very convenient. Pros: Poppies staff are wonderful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delivered on time. The pool was on the smaller side but adequate for the size of the resort, was never bust when we wanted a swim. The lovely man at the pool deserves a shout-out as he was always helpful, making sure we were happy. We requested a half day extra as our flight was late in the evening, and Poppies where very accommodating and offered a half day rate, which was appreciated. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Poppies is quiet even though they are situated in a busy area. The gardens are beautiful and plentiful wildlife to watch in the trees. Room service from Poppies restaurant was excellent and was not expensive. Cons: Poppies is an older resort and may not suit you if you prefer a more modern decor. Our air-conditioning was not adequate for the size of the room. Initially, our air-conditioning was very ineffective, and we let the reception know. They promptly called in someone to service our air-conditioning unit, but we couldn't feel a great deal of difference. We were only there for 1.5 days, so we just put up with it, but this would unfortunately be the reason we personally would not return. If you are used to a warmer climate, you may be ok, but we are from a cooler climate, so keep this in mind. On checking out a staff member was spraying chemicals around the garden and we couldn't avoid breathing it in! It was horrible and was very disappointing, I understand these things need to be done but letting guests know so they can stay indoors or offer masks if stay indoors isn't an option, would be much better, in many other countries guests be evacuated for a few hours while this was happening 😞. Poppies are situated in a small busy lane, and walking up and down the lane becomes annoying as you are continually dodging traffic or being harassed by the store owners.

A free airport pickup and a transfer through very busy Kuta streets ending in the narrow poppies lane 1 we arrived at the lovely Hotel. Nice private walkways to the individual cottages. Plenty of room for 2. Fine open air bathroom (Mandy). Bed mattress was well worn but still comfortable. The grounds are magnificent. Plenty of shrubs and trees and flowers. Superb pool. Very good restaurants nearby. This is THE place to stay in Kuta !
